    I'm up for the challenge! I am going to go ahead and list my stats from last week since I logged them all - so hopefully some results will start to show up soon on my body!

    Weekly Goal:
    7/17 Tues: 544 walking on treadmill - uphill for 60 minutes
    7/18 Wed: 50 calories walking on lunch hour - it started to rain, didn't get too far
    7/19 Thur: 402 walking outside, 70 minutes
    7/20 Fri: 453 walking uphill on treadmill for 55 minutes
    7/21 Sat: 671 biking for 74 minutes
    7/22 Sun: 611 total - walking for 50 minutes, biking for 60 minutes
    7/23 Mon: 544 walking uphill on treadmill

    Total: 3275

    I can't conribute much exercise this week because I'm teaching VBS at my church and I go straight there after work each day this week. So I'm just going ot have to keep calories way down to compensate for not exercising!
