I surpassed my goal last week so I'm going to up it slightly.
Weekly Goal: 4200 per heart rate monitor
Mon: 641; JM extreme shed & shred, walking, Monday mini challenge 200 crunches, my challenge 50 push ups
Tues: 843; Bob Harper Pure Burn Super Strength; Tuesday mini challenge 175 squats w/weights; my challenge 30 push ups. 2 mile walk
Wed: 434; JM Yoga meltdown, Lauren Brooks 12 min fat blast kettlebell, 2 mile walk, Wednesday mini challenge 225 tricep extensions

My weekly goals are 4000 or more a week. Sometimes I hit 5,000. In fact, today will be closer to 1000 cals as I'm heading to the gym for a personal training session. An easy 900 cals. I'll be wiped out, but it is worth it.
