2 weeks into NROL4W and my PR for Deadlift is 140 lbs for 15 reps.. As the reps would go down i am excited to add more plates :))

That is awesome!! Well done :)
I loved stage 1 of NR - it is so good to see the progress you make across quite a short time.

I've never been really that strong, nor really did singles much since that wasn't what my goal was. But when I was in my 20's I did singles a couple of times.

Bench (I really suck at benching even though I have a pretty good chest): 265lbs

    Squat: 345lbs

    Deadlift: 365lbs

At the time I was probably about 165lbs.

I've been doing strength work with my PT for a while now, but we've started doing some more exciting lifting!

Some of you guys are just :noway: the weights are incredible!

    Bench: 30kg (66pound) 3sets of 10rep, (1 min in between)
Lat pull down 33kg (72pound) 3 sets of 15 reps
Leg press 65kg (143 pound) 3 sets of 15 reps

Single rep max for benching was 60kg (132 pound) last time I tried it, but that was a while ago. I should try again now.

    MINE:

    Bench press 100lbs 3 x 10 (but I'm ready to up this)
Barbell curls are at 50lbs 3x10
    Deadlifts 160 lbs 3 x 5
    Squats 150 lbs 3 x 10
Leg press working weight is between 730lbs & 820lbs but a couple weeks ago I hit 1000lbs 1x4 & 1x3 -- my legs are getting incredibly strong.

tiny weights compared to you guys but it's progress anyway and I'm proud of it:
    Since January -
bicep curl 1.5kg to 7kg dumbbells
tricep overhead extensions 1.5kg to 4kg dumbbells
chest press and chest extension - 2kg to 5 kg dumbells
205lb body weight squat - from not very low, to very low and with 3kg dumbbell front raise
lunges - from barely can, ouch it hurts! To a full lunge where my back knee touches the ground and with 3kg dumbbell lateral raises
plank on elbows - from plank on knees to plank on elbows and held for 60 secs
I have improved weights on the machines but have forgotten to record the increments.

    Girl power

    squat 200kg x 5 reps
    bench 102.5kg x 5 reps

Personal best ever lifts (February 2012) - hope to beat all of these at end of this training cycle

    deadlift 230kg x 1
squat 255kg x 1 (changed gym and not as brave due to fact don't have a powercage anymore)
    bench 115kg x 1

Keep up the good work guys.

Thanks bro. Yeah noone ever guesses my weight lol. People always guess about 20 lbs more. I had my wife try to load a video one time of me doing the one arm, next time I'm on a computer I'll try to load one since it won't do it on my phone.

I haven't done a one rep max in a few weeks, but here's what I've got:

    Strict press: 85#
    back squat: 150#
    Deadlift: 195#
Power clean: 105# <---- almost body weight! (113#)
Clean and jerk: 100# (I think, that one was a while ago)

Im in week 9 of 5x5, so far Ive gone from 20kg (empty bar) on all, to

Squat 70kg (high bar back squats)
OHP 27.5kg (Max PR was 3 reps at 30kg, these have been my everest)
    Deadlift 67.5kg
    Bench 37.5kg
    Row 35 kg

I LOVE lifting. Yesterday was squat, DL and OHP. My *kitten* and shoulders are achey today let me tell you, but squats and deadlifsts are my favourites. Squats were really hard at 70 yesterday, but I refuse to sacrifice form for weight.

Deadlifts: 75kg / 165lbs x 6 Reps - but I'm having grip issues with my left hand. My trainer thinks I'm strong enough to do more, bar my grip.
    Squats: 75kg / 165lbs x 10 Reps, heading up to 80kg next week.
Leg press: 136kg / 300lbs x 20 Reps. Higher weight less reps next week.
    Bench press: 65kg / 145 lbs x 8
Overhead Press: 30kg. Not happy with this one!!

I have not done a single lift best in a long time. I am following the NROL for Life and it has me doing the major strength exercises but in sets of 12 right now as parts of a super set.

I was squatting last week and stepped myself up to 275 and banged out my 12 reps, did the two other exercises in my superset. Feeling on top of the world, when another guy came in and used the squat rack and loaded the bar with 500lbs and went to work on it. Squats again tonight for me... got to keep pushing!
