    Mon: 901 calories (running 7.02 miles and cool down)
    Tues: 385 calories (chasing son around the park and after dinner walk)

    Only started running the other week so not doing bad. Got a 5k run in Sept so needed to start exercising.

    New to the site so was going to aim for 3500, but after yesterday will target 5500 calories though.

    wed Bicycling 16mi about 100 min i didnt time it but 100 min at under 10mph was less calories than 10-12mph at 75min Unfortunately I didn't feel like I got a workout but it was nice to ride with friends

    Wow some of you are NUTS 7000/10000 calories a week. I may need to step it up a tad
