    Im in for 3500cal, I havent dont one of these challenges yet, so here goes:

    So, I am really just starting out with real exercise so this will be a big challenge for me...BUT I am in for the 3500.

    I burned 15408 calories last week. I mainly do a stationary bike, some Insanity , aerobics, and zumba .
