    I went back through the thred and it looked like new challenges would be posted beginning on the 14th...am I wrong? If some one can let me know what the daily challenges are I will start right now :)

    Week 3

    14th - Jump Squats. 3 sets of 8 jumps. 1 minute rest in between if you need to. http://www.shapefit.com/quadriceps-exercises-freehand-jump-squats.html/

    15th- WEIGH IN Reverse Flys 3 sets of 10. If you do not own weights that is ok. Seated Reverse Flys: These can be done without weights, but for more resistance, use light weights or filled water bottles. Find a chair, firm couch or bed and place a pillow on your lap. Let arms hang down to the floor while resting your chest on the pillow. Think about squeezing your shoulder blades together and lift your arms away from the floor, just past shoulder level. A good visualization is to make the insides of your shoulders blades 'kiss'. Keep your head facing down and your feet firm on the floor for support. This move works the posterior deltoids (back shoulders) and trapezius (upper back). Try for 3 sets of 10 lifts, with a 30 second rest in between sets.

    16th - Scissor Kicks 2 minutes.

    17th- Planks 1 minute, 3 reps. Modify on knees if necessary

    18th - 35 minutes of any cardio

    19th- 20 minutes of any cardio. 30 chair presses (dips)

    fell asleep at 9pm last night. it's been a crazy week. caught up on jump squats and reverse chest flys (3 sets of 12 with 3lb weights) this morning. Will do scissor kicks this evening.

    Just starting today will do the 2 min. scissor kicks...just did a Thursday mini challenge someone else posted of 300 jumping jacks, feeling extra motivated to move today!!!

    This is a great idea! I wish I had seen your post at the beginning of the month. Instead, I have written down what your challenges are (looking forward to the rest) and I will do them on my own for the beginning of the month of September. I guess my order will be a bit backwards but wil still get it all done!

    LOL..defiantly did not gain 16.6lbs, 213.6 this morning :)

    Did scissor kicks and another 20min walk this evening.

    2minutes scissor kicks done! Harder than I thought! I did it 1 minute at a time.

    Didn't get to scissor kicks yesterday, but did them this morning. (2) 1-min reps
    Also did (4) 30-sec planks regular and 30-sec side plank on each side for 3 mins total!
