Yay I'm finally going to do one of these! 25 min walking this morning and I'm going to the gym in about 2 hrs for some more cardio!

40 minutes done with plans for a 30-60 miinute bike ride if I can get out befor the rain! Good luck everyone!0

I'm in love with the variation of these work outs!!! Cardio is great and mixed with working out the muscles is even better. Thanks for the wonderful idea!!
