    So basically anyone typing anything on MFP is annoying? :wink:

    :blushing: I can't complain about the "journey" one cause I actually use that one a lot when people say they'll give up after 2 weeks. It's not a race to the finish!:tongue:

    I get annoyed with -

    Haha sorry that has always bugged me. Do they mean Canada? Windsor is south of Detroit. Or maybe they mean one of the neighborhoods in the south of Detroit? (none of which is called south Detroit)

    In response to people who have not lost weight..............."Maybe you gained muscle". or "you're probably gaining muscle and it weighs more than fat". Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!

    1 - a pound of fat, a pound of muscle, a pound of feathers.........THEY ALL WEIGH A POUND.

    2 - plus half the time the poster will state they just started working out. You don't gain muscle in one weeks time.

    lol, sorry that turned into a bit of a rant

    Saying a pound weighs a pound is the most cliched thing on MFP.
