    That is totally amazing!! You are a similar shape to me (when you were larger) and I dream of having arms like yours now. I always thought that wouldn't be possible no matter how much weight I lost. Thank you for showing me what a lot of hard work and determination can do! Well done.

    My life has changed so much! By having so much more energy, love being outdoors and doing active stuff without getting winded or having to take a break cause I cannot keep up, and having a toddler that would be a big issue. I love going shopping now and dressing up. My confidence is greater than it ever has been, but it's not like I don't know where I came from, I worked hard to get there and I used to use every excuse in the book not to start, but I stopped doing that, and I went for it! :)
