I'm being a lazy logger, or just really busy, and haven't checked in this week.
My week is at 2,848 so I gotta get out there today and get about 700 calories burned. I can do it!

Sat: planned 3 mile walk/jog but got aggro from the "we need to go to Costco" monster. hmm...maybe next time I'll just bring my HRM, toss 40 lb bags of dog food on each my shoulders and walk up and down the aisles while pretending to look for my wife/gf >.>
