Today was hard work. I had to make up for yesterdays calories burned. but I DID IT. Today I started having doubt about this challenge. The questions going through my head: What were you think setting this goal so high? Why? Are you crazy? --Just having one of those days. Tomorrow will be a better day.

How long does it take you to burn that many calories in a day?
I had a 10,700 calorie burn week just last week. To put up those numbers I spend 60 - 90 minutes in the gym (60 for pure cardio days, and 90 for cardio + weights) to burn the first 1000, and then I make a point of talking 10 - 15 minute walks about 4 times per day to get my daily step count up to 20,000+ and taking extra stairs to get in 50 flights, that will burn the next 500 calories. I do that 6 days a week.0 -
