Tues: 250 calories (20 min pace walk with my son)

Originally I was going to put 10K for my goal, but I thought it was too ambitious. Now I realize it's not too difficult if you stay focused and take advantage of even small opportunities to get in a few extra steps or stairs.0 -

Great workout man..........don't think -ve , if u can do 9k then u can easily do 10k ..........
i started from 200 kcals from 15 mins of treadmill workout and increased it gradually upto 3000 kcals daily from 3 hrs of vigorous workout in just 42 days ..........if a lazy man like me can do it then sure u can do it too0 -
