      I throw a fetish show every 6 months at a local goth club...this years them was anything Medical...I was a nurse. The girl with me is a friend of mine that did a striptease for the crowd and my birthday present from the husband.

      Mine is a couple months old now, but it's the first picture somebody took of me where I noticed a difference in my weight pictorially. I also think it's just a nice picture, and I normally hate pics of myself.

      Trying this again. Maybe it will go under the post I'm talking about...lol.

      It is always nice when you can see the difference in pics. I can't wait for that day!

      I did it... What sucked was I used it as motivation to get to 100 lbs but I ended up losing 108 lbs in a year. 1 year 100 lbs just sounded better. lol

      An old friend contacted me over FB and I gave him my number so we could catch up, so he asked me for a contact photo for his phone.. My avatar is the picture I sent him.

      Now we're married, and our daughter is about to turn one :) He still swears to this day it's one of his favorite pictures of me.

      My 50th birthday! My beau- du jour took me to a fancy-schmancy hotel-restaurant with the wrap around rooftop deck over looking the NYC skyline. Champagne in a bucket, bouquet of flowers, and me sipping the first flute -as the sun set, my hair wild and feelin like Cinderella. Them were the days.

      My boyfriend took this shot of me on his birthday/at Vancouver pride festival last year. I didn't even know it was his birthday until a few weeks later! We were not dating yet at the time and just met lol. Little did I know I took him to his first pride parade on his birthday! :)

      At the moment my avatar is Oscar Pistorius, running with a little girl with amputated legs. Oscar is a great hero, and a source of tremendous inspiration for me. His insistence on being ordinary makes him seem even more of a superhuman to me.

      I'm very excited that I will be seeing him run the t44 final at the paralympics in just a couple of weeks time.

      But usually its the "Dark Faerie" picture that I use..... I use that picture to represent me, because she kind of looks likes me with faerie wings.
