I'm 5'2" and my goal is 125-130... probably settle at 130. 125 was highschool and is a bit scrawny for my build.0

I'm just under 5'4" and currently weigh 125. My goal weight is no lower than 108. I think 115 sounds ideal. I want to have a healthy BMI, but get my fat percentage down. When I do weightlifting, I tend to weigh more, but I haven't had much time lately to do weights. I'm super pear shaped, so I have a small waist and chest and much bigger legs/hips, so I wear a 6 in jeans. (6 petite if I can find it.) I'd like to be a solid size 4 or even a 2.0

I'm 5'4 and right now I'm 137lbs. I want to get to between 125-130. I can finally fit into most of my size 7 jeans and I don't really care what size jeans I wear at that weight, since I have really wide hips and a big bum :laugh:0

5'4 and goal weight is a fit 160(as opposed to skinny fat 160) Its more of a goal to reduce body fat% than a goal weight.0

5' 4", currently ~135 lbs, lowest weight this year was 128 lbs, which I'd like to get back down to, and then lose a bit more -- goal is 115 lbs. Currently a US size 8 for bootcut jeans (Levis)... UK size 12. I'd be happy with a UK size 10/US size 6 for skinny jeans.0

I am 5'3" and currently weigh 164lbs. My goal is 140lbs. Maybe 135, we'll see when I get there. I personally feel pretty good at 150, and think I look ok there too. Funny how you can be the same weight at different times in your life and look totally different. I was 150lb about 15 years ago and definitely looked chubby. I was not active at all and ate whatever! I was 150lb about 1.5 years ago but was also active and eating well and I looked pretty good. But my ultimate goal is 135, which would likely put me in a 7-8pant size. 11/12 now.0

I'm 5'3" and so far pushing size 18 to 20 jean size. Goal weight is 125/130 and goal jean size is whatever I can fit into at that moment.0

My goal weight wouldn't be less than 130 lbs. I want to be more muscular though, rather than lean. A 5'4 girl probably shouldn't weigh less than 120 lbs.0

5'4" - 59 yrs old. Started at 181. Had several stalls lasting months at a time. Last stall was at 136. Gave up most of my dairy this summer and now range between 127 - 129. Size 6. Original end goal was 140. Now, time to get more fit and exchange some of my remaining fat for muscle!0

I don't understand. I'm 5'5" and 130lbs and wear a size 8-9 in jeans. There's no WAY I fit into a 6. When I was 125lbs I wore a 6-7. The only way I could get into a size 4 jeans is for me to be 122lbs or under, I'm guessing.0

I'm about 5'3, currently plateaued around 120 but hoping to get down to 105 or 110. I've definitely got a skinny fat belly so my pant size is between 6-8.
Everyone's goals on here really tell you something about how different everyone is in terms of build. Super interesting how so many people the same height have completely different yet realistic expectations!0 -
I'm a size 5 jeans at the moment - my goal was a size 6, but they're too loose so I'm happy if I stick to a size 4/5 (Aus/UK/NZ size 8/9).
My goal weight is currently 130lb (59kg) and I'm 7.5lb away (3.4kg) but now I'm getting so close I'm wondering if I'll end up going lower. I'm just going to focus on fitness and strength and stop wherever I am happy.0
