ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I have everything in moderation, but if it came down to it, there is NOTHING I would refuse to give up, if it was the only thing standing between me and my goal body! I've even started working out regularly, and anyone that knows me knows how much I DESPISE getting sweaty! But I do it because the end result is worth the work. If other people are going to be stubborn about their bad habits, then I guess I just want it more than they do!0

Baked goods.
Granted I don't indulge in them all the time, but I do use moderation when I bake them. I try and "lighten" up the recipe when I bake. I could never stick to eating good if I didn't get my occasional sweet!!!
I have all but given up donuts. When I first started college I was going by Krispy Kreme every morning...now I avoid them...I know I'll over do it. Once it gets to be later in fall, I may treat myself to a pumpkin donut...but I eat one MAYBE every six months...*sigh* it was a hard one to get past because I love them so much.0 -
I'm trying not to give anything up just doing it in moderation. But if I had to not give up one thing...it would be pizza!0

MMmmmmm...gonna have me some of that this weekend. Got some of the great autumn brews at a local liquor place...along with some pumpkin woodchuck. Heck yes! Only thing to drink when you're watching football, really.

SO TRUE. I tried rum & diet coke, gin & diet tonic, etc. While delicious....definitely not football drinks!

I'm a red wine drinker myself, but not with football. Stout or Porter all the way.0 -

DAIRY.
more specifically, my acidophilus milk and cheese (of any kind).
so many people bash dairy, but i wouldn't be able to live with out it. i've been a big milk drinker my entire life (literally), and the day i stop drinking milk and eating cheese is the day i die.0 -
i cant give anything up, i must learn moderation, dont eat a whole tub of haagen hazs at once, eat 1/3..........yeah right, if only it were that easy!!!!!0

white pasta and coffee
white pasta gets really bad press on health forums etc, but growing up in an italian family its something i have eaten a huge amount of over the years and no way i could substitute it for anything else
other than that most things i wanted to give up i have managed to fairly easily0 -
Sushi.. dynamite rolls
and everything including bread and sweets.
I believe that you can lose weight eating whatever you want as long as you stick with your calorie goal.0 -
Definitely haven't given up cream in my coffee, real cheese, won't eat that cardboard tasting stuff and bacon, love my bacon!! Just have to make different choices some days, that's all.0
