try almond milk warmed up at night with a sprinkle of cinnamon,,,sooo good

I think I just fell in love ^ must try this!

For me, plain nonfat yogurt. I had to experiment a bit using different fruits, but then I added in sugar free strawberry preserves and holy he!l I had found my new favorite snack!

The foods I've discovered are similar to what you've all been saying:

Plain Greek yogurt, chia seeds, kale, spinach, avocado, mushrooms, green smoothies, almond milk, wild Alaskan salmon, spaghetti squash, zucchini, and hummus.

Yogurt, yogurt, yogurt!!! I eat 3 a day - one light Yoplait and two Carb Smarts. I am on chemo and it helps maintain my energy.

Also flax seeds, oat bran and this stuff called Green Super Food.

I make smoothies out of all this in the morning and it gets me through my day just fine!

I also switched from milk to almond milk and I only drink the original light.

    Oh yeah...and -

    Ezekiel 4:9 bread
Gluten Free Eggo-style waffles! They even have blueberry ones

I went gluten free and low sugar.

    I love Stevia

I eat an apple and a lemon every day, no matter what. I am also starting to eat Portobello mushrooms every day.

We grew collard greens this year in the garden, and radishes and lettuce and turnips. Love, love, love it.

I make my own V8 juice in the Juicer - I have a Jack Lalaine one.

    Here's the recipe:

    A tomato or two
    A carrot
    Kale, collards or mustard greens
    Radishes

It makes a spicy V8 juice that tastes just like the real thing only way better, with almost no sodium!
