    lol I get the point of this... but 2000 is an arbitrary TDEE. Some of us have a smaller TDEE than that. And some of us don't eat a ton but have gained weight slowly over time... like 100-200 calories over TDEE. :p

    This is just awesome. Thank you for posting this. I haven't really slipped too much yet in my diet, but I know I will eventually (I'm only human), and I'm thinking I should save this post to look back on later. I believe it'll help me carry on, forgive myself, and start again tomorrow. One slip up doesn't equal total failure! :heart:

    I dont want to brag.. but I CAN eat a whole sack of oreos and feel like real *kitten* about it.

    However- I LOVE LOVE LOVED this post. I wouldnt eat a whole sack of oreos these days - but I do have my bad days and I try to keep this in mind- that if I ate at maintenance for ONE day- it is NOT the end of the world. (and thats about as bad as it gets these days- eating at my TDEE - not well above it like old days.)
