    Breakfast - grits with butter
    Snack- 1/4 cup mixed nuts and a chicken strip
    Lunch- 1 plain chobani greek yogurt and 1 plain yogurt with walnuts and honey
    Dinner- beef and beans, broccoli
    Snack- yogurt, tilapia

    Lunch-Activia Light key lime yogurt, rice cake and 2 TBSP peanut butter
    Dinner-chicken, roasted veggies

    Snack 1 - Hard boiled egg w/ 1/2 apple
    Lunch- lean brisket w/ homemade baked beans
    Snack 2 - mixed nuts w/ string cheese
    Dinner - Most likely grilled chicken breast w/ mixed veggies.

    Breakfast: Beachbody Shakeology chocolate with 1/2 cup blackberries.
    Skinny latte

    Lunch: Salad somewhere.

    Snack: Greek yogurt w/little pack of Splenda

    Dinner: Tilapia and curried cauliflower.

    Going to try and resist the glass of wine tonight, since I've started this diet its been giving my headaches at night.

    Hey all! Looks like a carb-alicious day for me! hehe

    Breakfast: 1/2 grapefruit w/ 1/2 packet Truvia

    Lunch: homemade tuna salad with albacore tuna, sweet relish, light mayo, 1/2 boiled egg, and onions; lettuce, on an English muffin, light chips

    Snack: Yoplait thick and creamy light strawberry with some Bear Naked Fit granola sprinkled in, 1 medium granny smith apple with fat free caramel dip, 4 cups coffee

    Dinner: 1 cup wild mushroom agnolotti, Newman's fire-roasted tomato sauce, 1 ciabatta roll, 2/3 cup broccoli and cheese steamers, some sauteed mushrooms for the pasta

    Breakfast: 2 slices of wholgrain bread. 1 slice of cheese. Pear.

    Lunch: Pitta bread,salsa, peppers. Banana.

    Dinner: wholegrain bread, lettuce, beetroot, meal replacement shake.

    snacks: cookie crisp cereal.

    Total: 1200 cals

    Thank you for the warm welcome Calliecat, I need all the help I can get. I'm just starting to count calories and slowly adding exercise and hearing others meals I think will help me try to control my eating a little better.

    It is very important to keep your food chart up. to keep up with your calories. And plent of water and veggies. Also your exercise

    Breakfast - The norm :laugh: 1/2 C ff milk w/ 1/2 C honey chex
    Snack 1 - hard boiled egg and an organic raspberry fruit strip
    Lunch - 2 tacos
    Snack 2 - whole grain cracker with laughing cow and 1/8 cup mixed nuts
    Dinner - Not real sure yet, might be going over to someone house?!?!
