    Happy Monday!

    Breakfast - 1/4 cup honey chex and 1/4 cup ff milk.
    Snack 1 - Hard boiled egg
    Lunch - Honey ham and provolone on homemade bread, 1/4 cup cottage cheese
    Snack 2- mixed nuts and yoplait fiber one yogurt
    Dinner - Probably left overs from last night.....

    Good morning.

    Breakfast: Lenders onion bagel with a little butter.

    Snack: Special K protein shake

    Lunch: Progresso reduced sodium minestrone soup w/some crackers

    Snack: Apple

    Dinner: Not sure. My husband will probably go to his favorite mexican place for lunch today and won't be hungry for dinner. So I can cook whatever healthy stuff I want for my son and I.

    I just dropped in will be back later to post my meals. I seems to change my mind if I do it too early.

    I went to thearpist yesterday with my hips, legs and back. another cortisone shot. And a good work out, but pretty sore this morning.
    I am to take a bathing suit tomorrow to get in the water,

    B- Chocolate peanut butter protein shake
    L- Half of a ham sandwich with provolone and mustard w/ green giant's just for one broccoli in cheese sauce
    D- Not sure yet, I have a class at the gym tonight till 7 so i'll be home late. Most likely left overs.
    Snacks - 1/8th cup mixed nuts, apple sauce, hard boiled egg and yogurt

    Water, water, water!!! I feel bloated today! :frown:

    Dinner: 2 Cups of Chicken Fried Rice and One Chicken Eggroll

    Snack: 2 Cups of Light Popcorn and an 8 oz Glass of 2% Milk

    I got a new thing for christmas where i can write down my meals that i want to make for the week along with the grocery list. It is helping us to try a lot of new things this week!

    Breakfast: 1 cup Honey Bunches of Oats with Pecans, 1/2 cup 2% milk

    Lunch: pepper turkey, provolone, lettuce, light mayo, all toasted on an English muffin, some chips, a mandarin.

    Dinner: La Tortilla Factory tortilla, taco meat, 2% mexican cheese, light sour cream, salsa, fat free refried beans, some blue corn chips

    Snack: Making a smoothie!

    Breakfast - Light Yogurt

    Lunch - :huh: 1/2 lb beef burger w/ smoked gouda, :grumble: medium fries, 1/2 cup applesauce- OOOPS!!!!

    Dinner - 6 oz red wine, .5 oz cheese

    Snacks - half an apple, sugar free mints

    Well this morning I blew alot of my calories on an Dunkin Donuts onion bagel with cream cheese and a large hot chocolate. :angry: Now I have to be really good for the rest of the day. Not sure what I am eating. I am supposed to go out with the girls for lunch. Probably a salad with no dressing for me.

    Snack 1 - Granny smith apple, mixed nuts
    Lunch- Ham and provolone sandwich w/ just for one broccoli, carrots in italian seasoning
    Snack 2 - 94% ff popcorn and maybe a raspberry fruit bar
    Dinner- Basil pesto chicken breast with shirataki noodles, green beans and a glass of white wine

    Morning Snack- Strawberry Lite smoothie (Jamba Juice)

    Lunch -- whole wheat spaghetti, grilled chicken

    Afternoon Snack- Natural Almonds & Lite cheese stick

    Dinner- Homemade Taco Soup

    Evening Snack--- Haven't decided yet

    Trying to get my 1400 calories in today!! Its also going to be a running night & ChaLean Extreme! Pretty Excited!

    Breakfast - Toast with Peanut Butter! (double fiber toast, 2TB peanut butter)
    Snack - apple, 5 sugar free starlight mints.
    Lunch - garlic chicken soup (1 cup homemade broth, 3 oz. roast chicken breast, 4 cloves roasted garlic), mashed cauliflower, broccoli.
    Snack - 1 toasted marshmallow (YUM) .5 oz cheese 1 glass of red wine
    Dinner - venison stew (venison, tomatoes, onion, garlic, wine, flour)

    breakfast: 2 small Ole corn tortillas, 1/4 cup fat free refried beans split between the two, 2 oz egg beaters split between the two.
    lunch: jennio o lean turkey burger on a pepperidge farm deli flat with 1 tsp spicy brown mustard, raw onion and tomato
    dinner: chicken cacciatore 1 1/2 cups over 1 cup whole wheat pasta and a salad.

    for snacks today I've had a smores luna bar and a sugar free jello pudding. my snack tonight will be 1 wedge of laughing cow cheese on a salt free rice cake.

    i'm loving life!!!

    Lunch - small granny smith apple and a hard boiled egg (rushed!)
    Dinner - left over venison stew, bread and wine
    snack - sugar free starlight mints, tea, 1 marshmallow

    Tomorrow I eat out for lunch so lets keep our fingers crossed!

    Breakfast: 1/2 grapefruit w/ 1/2 packet Truvia

    Lunch: homemade tuna salad with albacore tuna, sweet relish, light mayo, 1/2 boiled egg, and onions; lettuce, on an English muffin, light chips

    Snack: Yoplait thick and creamy light strawberry with some Bear Naked Fit granola sprinkled in, 1 medium granny smith apple with fat free caramel dip, 4 cups coffee

    Dinner: 1 cup wild mushroom agnolotti, Newman's fire-roasted tomato sauce, 1 ciabatta roll, 2/3 cup broccoli and cheese steamers, some sauteed mushrooms for the pasta
