@charelg you look great!! would you mind telling me how you lost/are losing weight and what your work-out program is?:)0

I've posted my progress pictures before but my daughter snapped these pictures of me today, and I was so excited because I can finally fit into this outfit that was hiding in the back of my closet.
On the right, 105lbs lost and 50lbs to go until I reach my goal (Yay! 2/3 way there) and on the left weighing in at 270lbs (my highest was 280lbs).
wow that's a fantastic difference, very inspiring (I started at 297 so it's great to see pictures like yours as it shows me what I am working towards )0 -

Sure! Thanks . I eat pretty normal, just better portions and log what I eat..I started out using the Nike Club training app on my iPad, it's great and free. Then started running, but wasn't very good at it. Now I'm on 2 nd month of Insanity. Very tough, but highly effective!!0 -
well it's definitely working for you
I absolutely love running but I'm having a hard time staying away from candy akjsldkajskjdasd ughh haha
do you do a lot of cardio too? I know running doesn't help my abs at all0 -
Insanity is almost all cardio and lots of ab exercises, but no crunches. I used to suck at cardio and was so out of shape, it's amazing how much your body can transform. I just ate cookie and candy :0. Oops.0

Last week:
I had lost about 90 lbs then gained 45 with my daughter two years ago and have lost that plus a little more. I also developed hypothyroid and adrenal issues after having her. I was most likely undiagnosed for about a year before having her as well. I maintained but losing anything was HARD! I was dx last year and luckily it has helped some, but I have to be very careful. Would like to lose about 20 more lbs.0 -
this was taken right before starting MFP in July 2010, lets just say weight ALOT
this was taken a few months ago I have lost about 7 lbs since

I have been over weight my whole life. The vbefore pics were in my early 20s....near but not at my highest. I lost the majority of my weight with I a year, year and a half. Then kept it off but only held for about 5 years or so, I believe I may have had a thyroid prob then. I had my daughter, put on 45 lbs. which was hard to deal with because I still ate healthy and I was literally sick every morning with her and from mid second trimester on I was sick morning and night. I actually lost weight the last few months of pregnancy. Then I lost that weight within 9 months. But again, it was rough. Last year I was finally diagnosed with hypothyroid and it's hard but getting better. I0 -

Im fortunate that i don't have any extra skin at all and nope, never hand any kind of surgery or anything for it. I think doing HIIT and eating clean and lifting weights the whole time is what helped.0 -
I hope to inspire others, and learn as well.
