    I'm not a guy, but I'm a BAMA girl...born and raised, and proud of my southern accent! :)

    Hun, we do not have accents.... everyone else does. ;-)

    Seriously, we have like three or four levels of southern accents here in AL. There's the southern belle/gentlemen accent, then you've got the country accents, then you've got the redneck ones, and the worst ones are the backwoods accents (I've got some cousins that just about make my ears bleed)

    And either you've got the southern accent or you don't, people should never try to imitate it. lol
