tall ladies - what's your goal weight and/or size?



  • I'm 5'10, weight now is 225, goal weight for now is 180, waist is 36.5, hips are 44.5. When I get to 180 I will probably do P90x or something to lose inches and tone to get strong.

    I am 5'8.5" my goal is 135 size 4 but I would not mind getting lower.

    I am currently 145lbs and a size 6.

    5'11 - goal was 157. I surpassed that and in June I hit 145. Trying to at least get to 150 but my body seems to be holding somewhere between 147-145. I guess that's not too bad. I'm wearing 4/6 pants and S/M shirts. I was 190 at my largest (14/16 pants and L/XL shirts).

    I'm 5'9" Currently 198 lbs. My goal weight is 175 but I'm more concerned with size. My goal size is a comfortable 10/12. I now I look healthy and not anorexic at that size. I'm currently a tight 14/loose 16.

    Im 5'11" and my goal weight is 160. Ill see how I am at 170 but I think maybe 160 will be a good weight for me.
  • I am 6'2" and currently at 222lbs...I would like to get down into ONE-derland so, my current GOAL is 195, then I'll re-evaluate! From there, Iw ill probably just want to work on being toned, and not necessarily weight. I am about a size 14 now and would be GREAT to hit a 12 or even a 10 but, we'll see what being Healthy brings. :-)

    I am 5'10 and my GW is 145. Before I fell off the bandwagon, I was 152lbs and I was nowhere near done it seemed. Although, I'm more fat than I am muscle. So, after all is said and done, if I weigh 155 or 160 but I'm muscular, as opposed to 145 and no muscle, i'll take the former :)

    I am 6'0, frame is somewhere between medium/large, and I currently weigh 185. At my current weight I am a size 10 or 12 in pants and I am happy with how I look, but I still have a bit of a tummy and would like to get rid of that. My goal weight is whatever weight I am when I lose the belly fat and can confidently wear a two piece bathing suit, which I am guessing will be in the 160-170lbs range, probably closer to 170. There are some great groups on here for tall girls- it is crazy how frame size factors in and how some people have totally different goals depending on that! For instance, my aunt is a SMALL FRAME 5'11 and she wears a size 12 at 160lbs, yet I am a large frame 6'0 and wear a size 10 at 185 (I also work out like a frickin crazy person so that probably helps too lol).

    I'm 5'10 currently at 166 aiming for 150 but will see where I end up. Focusing on being fit as much as weight loss.

    I'm 5'8" and currently at 219 my highest was 260. ( I pray i never see that again! ) My goal is 160 and I'll go from there. I'd love to be in a 10-12 pant. I've got big arms and legs so I might have to go down a bit more to be in a size 10. Right now I just want to be under 200! Can't wait to see 199!

    I'm 5'10.5" and have hit my goal weight - lower 170s. I'm a 10 most of the time, occasionally an 8 or 12 depending on the brand and style; shirt size small, workout pants size small or medium.

    I'm still working on body comp so I anticipate fitting comfortably into 8/10 when I'm done, but I imagine I'll still be in the low 170s and I'm very happy with that.

    Goal is 5'11", 185 - we'll see after that. I used a lean body mass calculator to figure out what my goal weight should be, considering my current weight and body fat percentage. I am 204 now; I looked and felt great at 195. So right now I don't plan to do much beyond that.
