    I know, but I am so down about it all, I have to do it now. The advantage I do have is the 2 jobs thing, working in the pub a lot over xmas, I just have to be careful on the booze front really and keep up (start again and keep up) the exercise :D

    I am quite pleased but still have a long way to go to hit the ultimate goal weight of 156Lb which should be in Oct 2013. I must say that MFP is brilliant, and the support here is second to none and the KOD'ers always make me smile
