    333.66 miles to go...Passed the buried gold about six miles back and now passing the Troll-hole where Gandalf found swords for him and Thorin, and where Bilbo took the blade and collected the gold that was buried. Almost to where the company was captured by Trolls and where Gandalf kept the trolls arguing until dawn when the sun turned them to stone.

    304.08 miles to go...Left Trollshaws behind. There was no trouble on the return trip. Road curves northwest. North of the road are bushes and stunted trees: wild and pathless.

    This is PERFECT! I believe I'd like to go on an adventure :)

    Journey started 3/2/2013


    Started in a mild, winter storm so the terrain was a bit treacherous. Ran into some type of hound, but was able to evade him. Made it across the bridge over the Water and about 1.3 miles down the road to Bywater. Had to set up camp as the storm got worse and my vision was obscured.
