For you, no.
My wife had implants after WLS. She'd lost over 100lbs and was just completely deflated. For her, I understand. You're not in that situation. On your small frame, you'd run the danger of looking like "tits on a stick."
If you do go for it. Tell the Dr. small, then pick a size smaller than they recommend. Seems plastic surgeons figure everyone wants max bang for the buck and they tend to go larger than requested.0 -
well, i love mine and so does my husband. i got them for me though, because i like big (even if they are "fake") boobs (i am weird i guess). i read that men don't like fake boobs or the way they look etc. well, in my real life experience i only get positive male reaction. just sayin.
Exactly. My wife has them and is about to get them redone in two weeks. I've never known her without them, so I wouldn't have anything to compare them to. But it gave her more self-confidence and she's happy...that's the important thing.
I find it odd that I saw a few posters here talk about "Real men" not liking fake boobs. Sort of an odd way to quantify or define masculinity.0 -
I only had to read through a few answers before i got seriously annoyed. I was a natural D/DD from the age of 14 and breastfeeding/exercise/life/becoming a serious runner really took their toll on my big ol boobs. so last year I got a lift and small implants to replace the volume lost. best decision ever. don't listen to men; they don't have tits. I've never had anyone look at mine and think "wow i wouldn't touch those!"
get them if you want them. they don't all look fake (unless you want them to - and there's nothing wrong with that either) and they certainly don't feel fake. I've had both real big boobs and real fake big boobs and i can barely tall the difference. silicone is a marvelous thing.
I was a natural DD from a young age as well and after life took it's toll I got a lift with implants as well because of lost volume.
No one even noticed i had them done. I only went to a DDD from being a DD.
Only thing I wish I had done differently I suppose is to get a reduction of the natural tissue and then fill with all silicon...but whatever. I love them. I don't think they are any different or I am any different than I was prior to getting them done. I feel more confident when I am naked or bra-less and that makes me feel good.0 -
If i had the money I would do it.0

Don't do it, Juno0

I am currently a B cup in one breast and an A cup in the other. I have always been lopsided and would LOVE to get them. Of course I can't afford them. Maybe once I lose my weight I will start to save money and get them. I would say to you only get them for yourself. If they will make you feel better about yourself then go for it. Everything has risks involved that's why you do your research and find a good doctor!!! Good luck0

That is really messed up that people are so cruel!
That said, I have implants and I LOVE THEM. I waited though, I got married, had 2 baby girls and breastfed both of them on 34 AA boobies then after my youngest was 4 years old I looked for a surgeon, I found the best doctor in my area and had the best experience over all. If I could do it again I 100% would.
Good Luck to ya
Sending in a PM instead...0 -
I had my second baby and lost all my weight (including breastfeeding for 2 years = no breast tissue left) when I was only 27 years old. I was not ready to have an awful body that could never wear a bikini again. It was the best thing I ever did for myself. I didn't go big, just a C, perfect for my petite athletic frame, and I can go "undetected" in sports bras, or I can wear a push up bra and have fun with it. I'm so glad I did it, I would do it again.
That said, I don't like when girls go too big for their frames and look fake and top heavy. That's when I think people go a little too far. Just my opinion though, for me. (I'm talking Heidi Montag big)0 -
If you can see them and you can touch them, they are REAL. Imaginary boobs are fake.
Getting implants was the best thing I ever did for myself and I am proud of them. They made me feel better about my body and have kept me motivated along my fitness journey. I say if you are doing it or yourself then go for it. And as for the guy on here that said when have you ever heard a guy say "Ewww she has fake boobs, groce"---You aren't going to hear that. Ever.
Happy Boobaversary to me. I celebrate my one year of my new twins on Sunday! Whooop!
Maybe baking a boobie cake is in store for the weekend. A healthy one of course
Do whatever is going to make YOU happy.0 -
I recently heard in a class that a boob job makes your breasts less sensitive so any possible pleasure YOU get from them goes away and the only person getting pleasure from them anymore is your partner...however, I'm really not sure how true that is.
Maybe some people but it didn't happen to me and I had extensive work done (a lift along with implants).0 -
Fake. Real. Otherwise. If they look good (eyeball test) as well as feel good to the touch (hands & other) there is no issue whatsoever.0
-
no matter the doctor;
they will look fake for at least a year
they will always feel fake.
it will hurt A LOT ALOT
I have had implants for 4 years now, and
1. they do not look fake
2. they do not feel fake
3.it did not hurt alot either!
Best thing I have ever done for myself after birthing 3 kids, and losing 40 lbs!
Agreed!! I had a lift too which is much more extensive than just straight implants and it hurt for maybe 2 days. And by hurt, it felt like pressure and slight pain. I was back to business by day 3. And they don't look fake. They are natural looking teardrop shape. Take a look at my profile in my bikini and tell me they look fake! A lot of people can't even tell I had them done.0 -
I like real boobies, but I've never poked at implant boobies so it's not like I know the other side. It's ultimately up to you and if it's something that will make you feel awesome then go for it.0
-
Don't. There are many many things that make a person sexy, but the size of a woman's breasts is not one of them. Women with small breasts can be incredibly sexy. I think natural is always sexier. Just don't. Work with what you have.0

i would love a boob job,im like a boy on top but im just too scared:(0
-
do it!! only if you are going to be happy!!:drinker:0
-
I have had implants for over two years and I couldn't be happier0
-
I'd have preferred a new set of irons, personally.0
-
I think boobs are awesome real or fake lol Just do what you really want and what makes you happy, not what you think will make others happy0
-
Loooove mine..Best decision I have made for myself...I was a flat AA my whole life, and finally having some boobage has given me amazing confidence in and out of clothing and was what pushed me on the journey to improve the rest of my body (the parts I could actually successfully change!)
Evidently, many (men in particular) don't realize that implants come in all different shapes and sizes, just like "real" breasts so what ever look you want is possible, whether its totally fake, extremely natural, or somewhere in between. And You know I'm a "skinny mini", and I have never been described as "Tits on a stick" And well basically if a man was faced with what I was offering, i doubt the fact that my tits were silicon rather than fat cells would deter him.0 -
If it makes her feel better, I don't mind0
-
UMMM.... Boobs are boobs real or fake. If it will make you fell better about yourself then go for it.
Yep! I love mine! They look and feel real **Great Doctor**0 -
Fake boobs suck.
However, if you find the right surgeon, and pay the premium, fake boobs can look and feel real. I have yet to see a pair though.0 -
I've always been big-busted and at one stage was considering a reduction, but after breast-feeding 5 children and losing weight I'm losing my boobs fast. I want to get a breast lift when I get a tummy tuck, which will hopefully make them nice again. My mum has only just "begun" menopause (she's just turned 48) and she's already completely lost her boobs. So if I'M not happy then I will consider small implants.
I was told you should think of it as a temporary surgery and be prepared to have them replaced every 10-15 years.
My breasts don't feel that great without a bra on, and they definitely don't look that nice, so the natural vs fake aesthetic arguments are pretty redundant as far as I'm concerned.
It is your body. If you have made an informed decision based on sound advice then it's nobody's business.0 -

Fake boobs even do this:
Oooooh! Ahhhhh. They aren't all hard as a rock.
=D0 -
Give me your opinions, before/afters, why you would/wouldn't do this.
This is something I have considered for about 8 years now, and I am thinking about whether I should get serious.
Guys, what are your thoughts? Are fake boobs nice/awesome/gross/turnoff?
Does anyone think this is a permanent mutilation of your body?
ANY THOUGHTS ON BOOB JOBS- I wanna hear them!
Due to your age, I'd say wait a little bit to make sure you are really sure before going through with anything.
Otherwise, I love implants! I think they look better and feel better than the real thing.
A thousand people will disagree with me and each to their own. But that's how I feel.
I like the firmness and contour. Now that being said, I don't mean watermelon ones.
Obviously they should be portioned to your particular body type or else you look silly.
It's not permanent, they can be removed. Just make sure you get a quality surgeon
so he doesn't screw you up. Surgery - not the place to nickel and dime.
I would never ask a gf to get implants because that should be her decision free from my thoughts. She's the one who has to live with them. However, I'd support it 500% and I'd be drawn to them more than non-implanted boobs. Don't get me wrong, real boobs are great too. But implants can be just as good and sometimes better!0 -

How about have you ever seen a pair, period? Hahaha. Btw, mine look and feel just like they did when I was 16.0 -
