    I got implants 5 years ago. Hated them. Had some complications, The risks are real. Had capsular contracture and they stretched the skin. They ended up looking horrible! Then one ruptured! Had to have them re-done and had a lift. Now I have way more scars than I intended on having and spent way more money than I intended on spending. I like them now...in clothes. The scars really are not too bad but I still know they are there. If I could do it over again...I probably wouldnt do it.

    they will look fake for at least a year
    they will always feel fake.

    it will hurt A LOT ALOT

    I have had implants for 4 years now, and
    1. they do not look fake
    2. they do not feel fake
    3.it did not hurt alot either!

    Best thing I have ever done for myself after birthing 3 kids, and losing 40 lbs!

    Give me your opinions, before/afters, why you would/wouldn't do this.

    This is something I have considered for about 8 years now, and I am thinking about whether I should get serious.

    Guys, what are your thoughts? Are fake boobs nice/awesome/gross/turnoff?

    Does anyone think this is a permanent mutilation of your body?

    ANY THOUGHTS ON BOOB JOBS- I wanna hear them!

    Don't.
    Any sized boob is a nice boob. I've seen them all, and never met a boob I didn't like.

    The thing with big boobs - real or fake - is that they attract ALOT of unwanted attention IMO.

    Its hard to find shirts that cover up cleavage (and arent turtlenecks)
    Some men wont look you in the eyes and stare at your chest (seriously)
    Running is difficult and so is finding the right bra!

    I guess everyone wants what they dont have? I think your beautiful with a great body and its what makes you who you are! Good luck either way :)

    Lol I love when guys say "I prefer the real thing" but they're the first ones to gawk at a girl with a big, fake rack.
    But I think you should do anything that you want. Especially if it'll make you feel better about yourself. I'm saving up to get mine done. Sure, theres risks. But doesn't everything have risks? So long as you don't go too crazy, I say go for it :)

    If they will make you feel better about your appearance, do it. Just don't let them be so obviously fake because you choose a size that is way too large for your body type.

    Edit: As small as you are I wouldn't go much larger than the equivalent of a C cup, honestly.

    I was at my bachelor party and the stripper had fake boobs that she was proud of... and should not have been. They felt like crap!

    Stripper: You like these on your face baby? They are still kind of new to me!
    Me: Oh yeah? Business expense?HA
    Stripper: Ha something like that. I should have written them off, they were expensive!
    Me: Yeah, well you need to take them back, you got ripped off!

    Stripper storms off. My buddies and I all laugh. Also keep in mind, I was a bit drunk.... and those were the worst feeling boobs I have ever had on my face! BWHAHA!

    Just be careful when making a permanent change to your body, and think it through long and hard. I feel the same way about tattoos and any cosmetic surgery. Do what makes you happy but think it over!

    i'm thinking saline myself. thinking butt ones too!


    its all about you dear, do what makes you happy, but don't do it to be happy. don't expect a life change from it, but if you want it, get it!

    I say no. I work in the health field and we have alot of patients who get them and they get infections and have to have them removed just to have them put back in after the infection clears, they can leak and that substance (saline/silicone) gets into your system and can cause major illness, they also can bust. Also they don't last forever, so once you get them done you will have to have them redone in the future. If you haven't had children, breast implants can hurt your chances of breastfeeding if that something you desire to do. And they don't look natural at all. They can be positioned to look more natural but everyone can tell when breasts aren't real, its one plastic surgery that is very obvious.

    Here are my thoughts...

    I dont think you should "add" to the body for vanity reasons.

    But i do think that you should be able to remove excess skin you have from weight loss.

    Really saline can make you sick? Ever heard of saline eye drops? Might need a new profession!

    My gf has mentioned it. She's very thin now, and has a flat tummy and smaller chest, but I love her body. From her stomach up to her collar bones. LOVE it.

    If she has that much money, it's up to her, but I'll like her either way.

    I feel it'll just change other guys impressions of her. But whatever makes her happy, makes me happy.

    I have never felt a fake boob before. I have no idea how I have made it this long without doing so. I think I need to remedy this.

    lol one of my good friends had hers done I felt em' she was also made fun of in school for having misquito bites or just a board. She had hers done a few years ago and LOVES them, it makes her feel better about herself and she loves that she has bigger boobs than me now :grumble: . Im not opposed to them if its something you like and makes you feel good. She did have some issue with them though, the surgeon messed up a little and her nipples arnt even its not a huge mistake but its slightly noticable, she calls them cross eyed. and YES, these actually feel very real and they fit her body not too big not too small and they dont look like they are going to pop, they felt like firm/soft breasts as long as you dont look to close :laugh: ( you can get a more natural feeling ones - they dont have to be bout' to explode pornstar boobs)

    I am in a D but wouldnt mind a little lift in a few years. I've talked about having it done alot, the BF doesnt like it he doesnt like fake anything - but says do whatever makes you happy...we'll see after I lose the weight.

    you would like natural, even saggy-ish boobs rather then the girl have a boob job and have fake but nice looking (if its done right boobies) my husband says the same thing!!

    Fake boobs are......well...FAKE! And depending on the doctor you use, you may end up with some scarring.

    What on earth is wrong with your natural self? Not all guys are fascinated with boobs. Each women is unique and that is what makes you special.

    I've never had the opportunity -- unfortunately =) to encounter a fake pair in person so i can't attest to the experience, but i'd say if you are doing it for yourself, and not for someone else then go for it.
