Love mine!!!!!!!!

Had gigantic ones my whole life, after losing weight they were not so attractive and I worked with my surgeon to bring them back to the best they could be and still look natural. I couldn't be happier. My husband is totally happy, my self esteem is great and no they are not huge, but they are just right for me. Yeah I would go bigger given the option.... Oh yeah make sure you know the difference in what profile type you want if you make the decision, it makes a difference in the outcome.

Its a personal thing, so do it for the right reason. Do it for yourself and make sure the surgeon has great credentials. Remember they come with risks and potential further surgeries. Make sure you do your homework, but don't let anyone else make the choice for you!

I have had implants for 4 years now, and
1. they do not look fake
2. they do not feel fake
3.it did not hurt alot either!

Agreed!! I had a lift too which is much more extensive than just straight implants and it hurt for maybe 2 days. And by hurt, it felt like pressure and slight pain. I was back to business by day 3. And they don't look fake. They are natural looking teardrop shape. Take a look at my profile in my bikini and tell me they look fake! A lot of people can't even tell I had them done.

I say do it! I'm getting them for myself as my major weight loss reward. I've always wanted them. I personally like the way they look, better than natural ones. The perkier, the better; I don't like sag. To each their own.

My personal opinion is that the only way I would get a boob job is if I had cancer and I had to get them removed or if I was too big and it was causing physical problems. I am not into fake boobs, they look fake and you can't really take pride in plastic breasts. If you work out and have a great body, like you seem to do from your pictures, you can take pride in that because that came from your hard work!! I am an all natural girl though in almost every way. I have had enough fake in my life, I rarely even wear makeup. I like real and honest people to spend my time with. If they judge me because I keep a messy house or my boobs aren't big enough, well that reflects on them more than me. Whatever reasons for you wanting to do this, I would say make sure they are your own reasons and never let a man or someone else's opinion be your guide. It is what is on the inside that is the most important.

Sometimes I'd like to have the kind of boobs that make jaws drop. But I'll settle for having legs and an *kitten* that can make jaws drop. No surgery required, just lots of lifting.

Plus, I have really, really cute boobs. I'd rather have cute little boobs than risk them for bigger boobs that might not be so cute. I've seen some scary boob job boobs.

I have thought about having one done myself. I am waiting to see mine look when all the weightloss is done though. In the end it is up to you. Why are you thinking about it? Is it for others or yourself?

All this talk about getting a boob job "for yourself" is ridiculous. How would you feel if your significant other, or your best friend, or your mother, told you that they'd love you more if you had bigger boobs? My guess is that you'd be offended that they would love you more as a result of such a superficial change and you'd argue that they should love you unconditionally. Well, the same should apply for yourself. The truth is that the only non-health-related reason to get a boob job is to change how you look and how attractive you are in the eyes of others. You are not (I hope) attracted to yourself. The issue is tied entirely to the way others see you. (Some may argue that it has to do with how you see yourself, but if you weren't worried about how others would see you, why would you care how big your boobs were or how your clothes fit? You're just reacting to what you see in the mirror because you're putting yourself in the place of others who will look at you and imagining what they will think.) None of this seems to be a substantive reason to undergo serious surgery. Learn to love yourself as you are and surround yourself with people who do the same and you may actually find happiness. It certainly won't come from injecting silicone anywhere.

You say you're a 34AA? You're the same cup size as me, then. I'm a 30B. And I looked at your photos, you look just like me Size-wise.

Honestly, I love my boobies. I spent the last few years hating the hell out of them and pining over how small they are until I just got over it. It's all about confidence. You love what you have and nothing else matters. Harder said than done, though, I understand!

Personally, as a female, I'd rather work with what I have. Just my opinion, though

Edited to add: A year ago, I wouldn't have said any of this, it took me awhile to get to the point where I'm content with what I have. I had to stop the body bashing and start loving myself as I am.

Getting a boob job can be for yourself. Because YOU want to feel more attractive. You can be surrounded by people who find you attractive and it not do a damn bit of good. Yes it has a social context to it. Sometimes women can't look in the mirror and see the beauty other people see. We do compare ourselves to others. Your correct that there isn't a medical reason for it. Its vain and we know that when we think about it. But hell when I see other women with great boobs I want them too! I want to look at my reflection and say DAMN!!! I am HOT!!!

I love love my boobs! I got them done six years ago my Doctor was a woman and was amazing my boobs feel and look real, people are always shocked when I tell them I had my boobs done. I really looked around at a lot of Doctor because I was worried about gettin my boobs done and them looking awful, but I must say it was one of the best choices clothes look better and you feel sexy. I hear a lot of men say they don't like fake ones blah blah blah, as I said before mine look and feel real and lets be honest men love tits fake real big or small.

Eh, not worth it. Boobs are boobs. Little ones are cute and go well with nice fit bodies. Push-up bras are cheap.

I personally have a hormone issue which caused me to skip the majority of opportunities for breast growth as a teen (did you know that menstruating in puberty is what triggers breast growth? According to the nursing consultant at Kaiser it was...).. So, I'm an hourglass minus the "hour" portion... I have debated this for over a decade. IMO, if there is any debate, you aren't ready, take your time. I am now learning more towards wanting them. I've had my 3 kids. Couldn't BF them anyway due to lack of breast tissue.. have little to no sensitivity in them as it is... so yeah, why not? I would NOT go like icky porn star size or anything, but something that balances me out.
When I decide to do it I will also be darned sure to go through the belly button. One of my old neighbors had hers done straight through the nipple and they STAPLED her nipples back on. I called her Frankenipple for many a year after this (she was a total b**ch anyway so I dont feel bad for calling her that).
Make sure you research your doctors and facilities, follow through on patient reviews, schedule as many appointments as it takes for YOU to feel comfortable, and take your time deciding. They're making advancements every year... you may not need to have them refreshed every 10 years in the near future.

I have them...toitally not worth it, I recommend not doing it.

#1 annoyance for me...you can never wear normal bra's again, normal bras are built for boobs of teardrop shape...this are more round...so they're never comfortable, ever at $100 a bra. Sports is a huge pain. And yes...they do add pounds, and add the appearance of being heavier than you are.

If I could take mine out, without it being major surgury, I totally would. And most of my friends feel the same.

Also, fashion is heading back toward women with smaller chests, so big boobs look a little dated, and less fashionable, look at the up and coming women in the movies...very very few have anything more than a B cup...and they look fantastic.

My 2cents.....I ADORE my breast implants. Had a great experience so far. But you need to make this choice ON YOUR OWN....with doctors advice and info. Don't ask men. Don't ask women without implants. Only medical pros.

If you decide to do this...research, research, research. Ask your doctor who they might suggest.

Unfortunately I had a friend who had a double mastectomy and wanted reconstruction surgery. They tried twice and both times her body rejected the implants. Needless to say she has decided to go without, she no longers wishes to go through the pain and sickness they caused her.

So, please find a good surgeon if you decide to go this route. Best wishes to you in your decision.

you shouldnt be asking on the thoughts of other people... their not doing the actual procedure for their well being. Its what you want and how you feel about yourself ..if ur self conscious and will feel a bit more complete then go for it... do it for the right reasons not because some says yes or no..:happy:

Well said. First, if you want to do it...do it. I am fairly indifferent regarding boob jobs...I happen to be a LEG GUY!!! If you chose to do it, research your surgeon carefully and wish you the best of luck, whatever you decide!

Getting a boob job is like dying your hair. After, you appeal to all the guys who love blondes, but you're leaving behind all the affection from the guys who like brunettes.

You'll get the attention from the guys who only date girls for their boob size, leaving behind all the guys who can look past the boobs and at other beauty characteristics or personality traits.

And if it's not for the guys, that leave the girls. And when girls do something to their looks for other girls, it's usually to make them seem prettier than them. Is that really what you want?

I figure when I'm 40 and done with kids, I would consider a reduction+lift. No implants though, they can friggin rupture!! That scares the crap out of me.

In all seriousness, if you're considering it, look into silicone, not saline. I know a lady who got hers done w/ silicone...they look and feel fantastic! The 'real' ones were nice, the 'new' ones are nice...and bigger!

Speaking as a hair stylist...ROFL you have got to be kidding me. People color their hair to experiment with their looks. I never colored a woman's hair who didn't say it was because THEY love it! Who the hell cares if some guys like you with some other color? They're obviously shallow.

Also, there are a lot more colors than blonde. Especially here in MN, the common color is gross, ash brown, totally unflattering on everyone. A lot of women just get a more vibrant brunette.

I've never needed a boob job since I've always been busty. I've considered a lift, but they won't do it without a partial implant and I just don't want that at all. I've seen some great ones, and some horrible ones. If you're serious about getting them do some mega research for the best dr in your area.

You're more than your boobs, and the right guy is going to love you for the right reasons.

Small boobs pretty much stay pert
You can get away with tops without a bra
You dont need and over the shoulder boulder holder with thick straps
You can go big or small, stay normal or get some chicken gel fillets- you get best of both worlds
You can run without knocking yourself out
You will always want what youve not got- if you go biggar you may want smaller, bigger girls generally want smaller.

Do loads of research online about all of the pros and cons and if you can still justify it/want it go for it!

So true! I felt very awkward before I had my boob job. I was skinny, flat chested, but I have a booty. I wanted my boobs to be proportionate to the rest of me. I did it for me. And I'm so glad I did. It's a personal choice, not something for others to choose for anyone.

As another poster said, just research ur area surgeons and ur options.

I'm not really an engineer but if I were I would say to try one side and see if you like it first. If not then at least you haven't totally screwed up. :laugh: (Sometimes I crack myself up.)

My first wife went from an A-B cup to a C cup and it totally increased her self-confidence when other men started noticing. I guess I could've done a better job in that department. It helped with her figure but not much else in my opinion. I didn't really care for the feel of them but they weren't repulsive or anything. It also greatly decreased her sensitivity in that area but that was thirty years ago. Maybe they've improved surgical technique since then.

My current (and last, I swear) wife went from a DD to a C-D cup to help reduce back pain. It went totally against my grain but I supported her desire to feel better and it worked out well.

Conclusion: Go for it if you really need it to feel better about yourself but don't expect them to feel better to men. You will get a lot of looks though.

I had ugly boobs when I was fatter, they've gotten smaller and flatter since I have lost weight. So, honestly. When I hit my goal weight and I know I'm not going to bounce back, I'd be all for a breast lift if not a cup size increase so finally I have nice boobs.
