    Hi everyone,

    I haven't taken photos yet but I did manage to get my inch loss sorted.

    waist 30 down to 28.5 there is definitley more definition here
    hips 37 down to 35.5 some of my trouser will now just slide over my hips without even loosening them off
    Arm 12 down to 11.5 less of the bingo wing and definitely more defintion
    thigh 21 down to 20.5 more toned, less flabby and I wish I had taken calf measurements as my legs look more streamlined.

    I think my arms and legs have a little more muscle which is why there is not a great inch loss.

    For the rest of December I am going to go through each week doing all three levels and then try something new of hers in the new Year!
