My boobs ....

I'm a D cup and I didn't lose much of anything from my breasts when I lost 45 lbs. I'm sure it's because of all the upper body strength training. I lost a few inches in my band size but if anything my girls look fuller, perkier and happier. I can't recommend strength training highly enough!
Now that's what I'm talking about!!  :flowerforyou:0 -
 WAY to go!0

i am obviously not the norm... i didn't lose a cup size with 100lbs lost. i lost on chest inches but not cup size. still a DD, kinda sad because now my body is smaller and they ahve to carry these knockers around...if i start getting lower back or neck pain i might get a breast reduction.0

Boobs are over rated...... love your body for being good to it, getting healthy & in shape. Love yourself...you are perfect for you!0

I have lost about 90 pounds now. and my boobs havent gone away. My bras are getting smaller in number, but not in cup size0
-
Thankfully that's one thing I havent had to worry about! I started out at a DDD and after losing 70 pounds I'm still the same size. I just lost a bunch of inches around.0

are shrinking!!!!! :noway:  ( . Y . )
I have been the same (fairly big) size forever!!! I even had myself measured a while back to see if the size changed at all and the lady said it was still the same but lately, my bras don't fit well anymore. The straps are constantly falling (very annoying) and the cup is well, not as full as before. :ohwell:
Guess it's time to get measured again and get some new bras! The problems of weightloss ...
I can't believe that you have gone 67 lbs and haven't had to replace your bras yet?! I have lost 1/2 of that and am on my SECOND replacement. From a D to a B. Yep- bye boobies.0 -
I have never heard of this! You should consult your physician!
You MUST be kidding!!!?? LOL
i thought the same thing... seriously?0 -
On the plain bra thing, try ordering online at brastop-I order them from the uk and they average about $30 give or take, however, be sure you go to a specialty shop that carries the same brand that you plan on ordering and try that brand on first! Unless you don't mind the endless order, try on, return, order a different size/brand fiasco that usually follows! I have ordered numerous times in the past but be sure you use the uk size on the tag to do your ordering. You could also try bravissimo.0

I stopped caring about my boobs after I've had my son. Goodbye perky defying gravity boobs. Now as soon as I take off my bra they're saggy. And I'm only 28. Very amusing.0

Mine were the first thing to go. But it's ok, I wouldn't trade what I've lost for the world.0

I'm pretty sure this person is joking.0 -
I want my boobs back, I guess surgery is the only option...unless someone has a magic pill:laugh:0
-
I'm there with you....went from a 36c to a 34A!!!! But you can really see my pecs  I can even make the boobs I have left dance!
As soon as I reach my goal I will be getting a brand new rack...right off the rack! LOL0 -
I had small boobs (36a -34-b) untill I got preggo, 10 years ago. My hubby said "more than a handfull is a waste". Now, a decade later ( and a lot of droopage ), he still loves them. Even tho I am a 42 c or a 40 d, it really depends on the brand. Working out on the elliptical, I sometimes wish for the 'b'. No matter what they are, don' t we all wish for something different?0
-
My boos have definitely shrunk but sizing seems to be proportional so where I was a 36DD I am now a 34DD although I have lost cup size!0
-
This may sound odd, but part of the reason I began working out was to lose my boobs... and they have not shrunk! :grumble: I have gone down in circumference, but the cup size has remained the same. I am hoping that with weight training they will shrink a little...
Yep same here, but I do now fit comfortably into by busty bra no bits spilling over, and went down to an f cup this week hurrah! Guess no one happy with what we given, but ladies if the boobs are healthy, then I guess this is a whole lot more important.
Happy health0 -
I wish mine would shrink! lol Started a 40 D, last fitting (2 weeks ago) 34DDD.0
-
I wish mine would shrink too! At my 'happy weight' they were a 34B, then jumped up to 36G when I was pregnant, now I'm stuck at 34F! I long for the days of pretty slim bra straps!0
-
so.. how do you make 10lbs of fat look good????
Put a nipple on it!0 -
Mine are shrinking too, which is a GOOD thing, but they're really flat and sad looking now ):0
-
Screw big boobs. I can get a darn push up bra. I'd rather be comfortable with my weight. Honestly, my boobs don't matter to me, size wise. I don't care, and if my boyfriend cares, he can jump off a bridge.
Totally agree! My boyfriend loves me regardless! I wouldn't mind losing some boob if it means i lose a bit of bum!0 -

LOVE THIS!0 -
I had a breast reduction about 5 years ago, went from an E to a C. I was actually 20 pounds thinner than I am now, but my body composition sucked. Now that I have a lower bf% they are down to a B. Sometimes it bothers me, but I also like how slim my silhouette is now. I think clothes look better on me, and the loss of my boobs has left me focusing on improving my glutes lol.0

I went from a 36DD to a 34C :frown: But I also went from a 33 inch waist to a 26 inch waist. Not a bad trade off.0
-
I've gone down from a D cup to a C cup with 59 lbs lost so far..I would like to remain a C if possible because it is the perfect size to me..and I'm not unhappy with not being a D anymore..cuter bras make me happy. Lol.0
-
What a funny topic..
I don't mind losing some of my boobs if the trade off is a nice firm behind and shapely legs0 -
If that is a recent picture then I think they are the perfect size for your new super sexy picture. :smokin: hot0
-
DOWNside? Haha! For me, that's a big ol' positive about losing weight! I was a 42DDD when I started this-- and before my reduction, I was a 38I/J. So far I've only gone down to a 36DDD, but I have high hopes that soon, soon I'll go down a cup size or three...0
