    Hi

    Started last week, and would love to lose 15Ib's by Xmas.

    I already feel more motivated just tracking my food intake, and it is motivating my to go to the gym more (and I hate the GYM!!)

    I have been on my weight loss journey for 4 months now watching my calories and going to bootcamp 3 times a week and so far have not lost a single pound!! :-(

    But ive upped my exercise this week and am really determined to loose a stone (14lbs ) by xmas.

    Would love some support and advice feel free to add me

    Please add me, I'm pumped!
    STarted yesterday. I think the key is to make sure you exercise every day.
    I run on the treadmill at the gym and don't stop til I've burned 250 then do some light weights.

    My current weight is 183 and I want to weigh less than 170 come Christmas, so this sounds great!!
  • Count me in! A 15 pound loss by Christmas would be perfect, although I need to lose at least 30 pounds.. I have started again keeping track of my food intake a week ago on myfitnesspal. Eating healthy is all in the planning. I try to keep things like soups and salads prepared ahead of time so when I am hungry or leaving for work, there is always something healthy in the fridge to grab and go. I am not a vegetarian but do love soups made with lots of veggies and beans. They can be so low in fat and calories. I make them a little spicier than usual as I find that more satisfying.

    I sincerely hope to - in traditional English that is just over a stone.
    (1 stone = 14lbs)
    or 15/2.2 kilos - say, about 7 kilos

    I am new to this forum, just joined yesterday, been a weight watcher lifetime flop for 15 years. Lost 18 pounds 1 1/2 yrs ago, all back, so I am on for this challenge. I want to loose 15 by Christmas.

    October- December is always the hardest with all the baking and the want to hibernate :)
    I am at 270 now, ouch typing it sucks. and would love to be down at 250, or less, by Christmas.

    Hi everyone -

    I was referred to this thread by a team member of my 8 wk challenge that I have going on right now. She felt that the challenge would be a great fit for some of you as we have had a lot of people lose weight over the past 3 weeks, even some that have struggled over the past few months have seen some weight loss. The first week we had two people that lost 10lbs and 8lbs. Most of all we have fun doing it and enjoy the friendly banter and competition as we urge each other to lose weight and make healthy food choices.

    Please take a look at my blog about the challenge my friend Lyssa62 and I designed and feel free to join in. Don't worry about the fact that we are in the 3rd week - it's all about making changes and having fun!!
