    I'd like to loose 28lbs in total but to start with I have given myself a goal to loose 18lbs by Christmas. So defintely count me in!

    Just to give everybody some encouragement, I have lost 18lbs in 9 weeks, so it is a reachable target. Good Luck to you all!
