    Running almost 4 miles today. I am proud of this because I have only ran up to 5k in distance before. I was wiped out at the end, but it was worth it.

    volunteer work and the gym! also, i finished a painting and i'm pretty happy about how it turned out.

    I measured my butt and it is finally less than 40 inches, a hair less but it is still less than 40.

    My awesome chiropractor finally unlocked a clusterf**k in the middle of my back on Wednesday that has been stuck for almost 20 years, and it feels amazing. Went for a long, fast walk yesterday and it didn't bunch up on me once! Now maybe I can start working situps into my routine.
