    I'm in... This is so exciting, I'm pumped... I'm just seeing this now and its already November 2nd and only 3 days left in the week. I'll make my goal 180 minutes but starting next week it will be 360 minutes and counting.

    I didn't do well logging my minutes last week, so my goal this week is to log it faithfully!


    Week # 2 -- November 5th -- Goal 200 minutes:

    Mon: 90min (exercise bike, 10 miles in 30 minutes; 60 min zumba)

    90 min completed - 110 min left

    The short walk might not seem like much, but getting out and moving in the middle of the day at an office job is important, and the sun does lift the spirits.

    Total: 364! I did it! Since I double weekend workouts...I am going to up my goal to 500 minutes! I'm not sure I can do it, but if I walk for an hour each day and do my aerobics tomorrow night, then I should make it.
    Good job Jen! I have no doubt, that you will get your 500 min this week!

    Week one was a flop for Mollie!! Not sure what is going on in the beginning of my months here but this is the 2nd or 3rd month where my 1st week has been a total flop. Fo me a total flop is when I don't even get 180 in :grumble: :angry: :noway: I thought about getting my butt up last night and doing a dvd but I did not have it in me. I had HRM on and still did not move me into action, so this week going for 220 again.

    Tue: 35 min (122 avg HR)
    Wed: 30 min (129 avg HR)
    Thur: 50 min (129 avg HR)

    Sorry I fell off the band wagon but no fear you all have inspired me to work it out this week for sure!! NO EXCUSES!!! If you did not reach your goal just keep trying and you will reach your goal!! Success is never giving up!!

    I see a 2nd thread for sure in our future. If we can keep the momentum until the end of the month I see a part 3 for sure. Unfortunately right around the holidays the momentum falls off. Can you all keep it going the whole month? I know we can so let's do it!!!

    Have a good week # 2!!! Goal for us is to keep this same momentum going the ENTIRE MONTH OF NOVEMBER!! :drinker:
