Nov 3 - 20 minutes soccer in Parents vs 8th grade girls team, 40 minute dog walk

Nov 5 - 30 minute dog walk, 45 minutes tennis with Mr C.
Nov 6 - 60 minute run on the lakeshore with my dog :happy:

Nov 14 - Tennis 60 minutes, and 5 minutes running up and down the stairs in my house (I needed a few more calories to "pay" for that Klondike Bar I wanted. What would you do for a Klondike bar?)

Nov 17 - bike ride 55 minutes, gardening 2.5+ hours.

I use one of the saved programs on the treadmill. I walked 4 mph uphill & burned 300 calories. I target to burn 300 calories per day & I see the result on my scale. Once I am comfortable with this program I want to try to use the harder one which is for 40 minutes to burn 400 calories.0
