    To much food today, but I did go bowling with my family today. So some activity today. Arm is a little sore from throwing a heavy ball for about a hour and a half. LOL!

    New feet tomorrow for Insanity work out. Should be good. I will lower my center of gravity. Basically from 6 feet tall to 5'2". It should work. "I hope" LOL!!!
