Happy Tuesday all! Today is week 6 day 2 of the Insanity program and I was suppose to complete Max Interval Circuit but I got a late start to my morning and knew I would be unable to complete a 55 minute workout and still get to work on time so I opted for the Plyometric Cardio Circuit dvd instead. So, 40 minutes later the workout is complete and I've made it to work on time.0

Good morning ladies!
Yesterday morning I got my run on and then last night I did ChaLean Extreme-- we did mostly shoulders, back & inner thighs. holy cow! I was feeling it this morning on my little jog at the gym. I got up and hurried to the gym, but I could only run 20 minutes because I got a really upset stomach, which forced me to sprint to the bathroom. Not sure what thats all about, its happened to me a few different mornings, but usually at the end of my workout. So, my workout was cut short. I think part of the reason was last night we had dinner with some friends and afterward they served us pie. I had like 2-3 bites of the slice beacuse I just wasn't feeling hungry, but they really wanted me to try it. And I think all the sugars just went all crazy up in my stomach. But, tonight we're doing laundry, and my husband really wants to do more cardio--as do I, so I think we are going to rock out with some Burn Intervals. I also increased my daily calorie intake (pre excercise calories) up by 50 calories last week. I've just noticed that with all of my exercising & strength training I am much more hungry each day. So, I've upped my calories in hopes to satisfy my hunger without feeling too guilty about going over my daily calorie goal. I think that also helped me drop those pounds.
Nola- way to go on getting the Turbo Jam workout in and watching what you eat. The first 2 days of getting back on track are always the hardest-- you are doing great! I didn't get a chance to look at the picture last night (as my work has pictures blocked) but I can't wait to see it! Your progress is so motivating!
Choco- way to adjust your workout this morning! so many people would think that they didn't have enough time so they'd just skip it altogether, but not you!! You are always so determined and it definitely motivates me!
BTW, it snowed here today...ughhhh! I want SUMMER already!! I can't wait to move once my husband is done with school...its driving me crazy! Luckily we're going out of town this weekend to a warmer climate.0 -
good afternoon ladies.
nolachick :you look hot and very beautiful. wow you go girl.
kicklikeagirl: great job on your workout. i hope you and your husband enjoys tonight workout.
choco: good job on getting your workout and still made it for work.
after he left for work, i started my workout. what i had to do today was HIGH AND TIGHT 35min. and TUMMY TUCK 20min.0 -
good morning ladies.i have alot to do today. my workout today is doing BUM BUM 35min. p90x chest, shoulders and triceps. it feels great, to be losing alot of inches and then losing pounds. i know it's going to take me awhile to reach my goal, but i feel great that i'm accomplishing something on my own here, but with the help on here. i know i will eventually keep on losing alot of inches before the pounds on the scale will show. i wanted to try on a smaller size of pants to see if i can fit into them at walmart. because the sizes i wear now is getting loose. i don't want anyone get upset because i'm okay bragging, but i've never ever felt this wonderful in a very very long time. i also weigh myself and i finally got into 160's and i can't remember ever being in that number, i don't remember what i was in school, all i know i wasn't popular and i always got picked on. i'm just feel happy and great. i'm sorry for rambling. thanks ladies for being good friends, plus this site.0

hey ladies, didnt get a chance to post last night but I did go home and worked out to Turbo Sculpt + a little bit from the 20minute workout as a warm up. I can tell when I haven't worked out in a while cuz I feel every move in the Turbo Sculpt. Towards the end there's a part that she says "If your legs are shaking, you are normal..." Well I guess I'm very normal cuz my legs were really shaking hahah. Before I thought it was an ok workout and didnt break a sweat, I was eventhinking about upping my weights from 5 to maybe 8lbs. But I will stick to 5 for now and then reconsider later.
Well hope everyone had a great day yesterday. Today I started off my day with a blended coffee - I really needed coffee and I hate hot coffee so it was either that or an energy drink. Hopefully tonight I'll get to go for a ride on my bike and work those calories off.
Porterbaby: thnx for the compliment and I hope u are enjoying ur brazilian butt lift workout! sounds fun. what are the moves like?
Dawna: I'm glad u were able to find a way to break through and I'm sorry your stomach got upset. hope u feel better:
Choco: where are u this morning girl? Hope ur morning is going good and u just didnt have time to check in with us. Will check in later to see how u doing.0 -
Good morning and Happy Hump day! Today is week 6 day 3 of the Insanity program. I completed the Max Interval Plyo dvd and it was a killer. I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to complete the entire 8/9 weeks b/c my right knee has been really bothering me during some of these moves. I've tried modifying and jumping rope when possible but today it just didn't help. I'm going to Dig Deeper and stick w/it for the remainder of the week and then really re-evaluate what's best for my body. Overall I really like the program and I love the idea of not having to think about my workouts b/c the wall calendar that's included pretty much spells it out so I'm not sure what I'll do if I don't finish it. I'm thinking about returning to P90X b/c the Plyometrics dvd there's not as much jumping. I still have a few days to think about it but I'll be sure to let you all know what I decide.
If anyone has any suggestions regarding other workouts or programs that can continue to tone my body please feel free to share.
Nola: Here I am ms lady. I'm glad you're back in the game and giving it your all during your workouts.
Dawna: Upping your calories was probably a good thing especially since you've gotten over the plateau. You workout very hard and your body definitely needs the food for fuel. Are you still using your hrm b/c I know you thought it might be overestimating your caloric burn? I've decided to use my hrm and mfp's calculater and divde the their total.
Porterbaby: It seems like P90X is working for you b/c your losing inches. You're right the scale will catch up eventually.
Ladies, as you know I began shopping for my L.A. trip and did not have a lot of success in the mall this past Sunday so I ordered 3 dresses and 2 rompers from Macy's.com. Well they arrived yesterday and I was super excited. I tore through the box as if I was a child on Christmas morning only to be disappointed b/c of the 5 items only 1 fits the way I want. I absolutely love 2 of the dresses but one is too big. I ordered a small and the small is too big and I don't even know if an extra small is an option. The 2nd dress looked a lot better online than it did in person. It did fit nicely but it wasn't the color I thought and the design just seemed crazy in person. Nonetheless I will be heading to the mall this Sunday in hopes of returning/exchanging and continuing the search. I can't believe that a small is TOO BIG, how crazy is that. It's mainly too big in the chest/back area.0 -
Good Morning ladies!
Last night I got home and decided to bust out the Burn Intervals because my early morning run was cut-short due to an emergency stomach issue  gross! i know... But, the workout was great and I burned about 475 calories in about 50 minutes. This morning I got up early and did a round of Turbo Kick, and completely kicked some bum!! My body was kind of sore after last night's workout, so it was nice to just get some cardio in and then take a long time and stretch afterwards. I need to work more on my flexibility, so I'm going to make it a goal to stretch for 10 minutes after my exercises. Especially my hamstrings, yowzers!
Porterbaby- don't feel bad about braggin girl...we LOVE hearing about success, that's what we're all here for--- to lift eachother up when we go through struggles and to be there to applaud when we've had some success in this journey. So, keep informing us of your joys, because it makes us happy as well! We're all in this together, working individually- but towards the same goal to be more healthy, fit, and feel good about ourselves.
Choco-- I'm so excited for you to go shopping-- man, a small is too big? Thats so fun! I've always noticed that the really small sizes & the really big sizes are always the ones left on the clearance racks...haha.. so you could have a hay-day now!! I bet you are a solid brick--I'm positive you are so ripped that you probably don't realize it yourself! Way to work hard girl!! As far as the HRM thing--- I talked to a lot of people who said that they thought based on my weight/age & what activities I was doing, it didn't sound like my HRM was off by much. So, I've been sticking with it. I was mostly worried about Turbo Kick because there isn't a direct MFP entry for that. But, I know that when I'm done I am more worn out than if I run for 40 minutes. So, for now I'm going to keep entering my calories in as they say on my HRM. I think the waking up early thing has really helped me break through the plateau. I'm hoping to see some more results by the end of the month! I looove waking up early now-- thanks for the encouragement to do it!
Nola--- I checked out the picture last night...and HOLY SMOKES, you look amazzzing! I loved that dress, it was so darn cute! The confidence in you is glowing! My legs shake a ton as well...its insane!! It feels so good afterwards, but in the moment I feel like my legs are going to collapse. I should do Turbo Sculpt again soon. I've been doing ChaLean Extreme so much that I forgot about that workout. Another thing I like is when Chalene goes "if you're sweating right from the warmup, you are normal, and your body is efficient at cooling itself". When I first heard her say that I thought "whew, at least I'm normal". I'm a sweating machine. I don't know what it is exactly but I look dissssssgusting after a workout! Haha! I hope you get to go on your bike ride tonight... I wish I had my bike here--although apparently summer is never going to come!0 -

Hey Ms. Lady glad to know ur morning went well. I know u usually are the first to post so I had to worry a little when I didn't see ur post this morning. and I usually sit down to read ur posts first thing in the morning when I get to my office
Wow girl, can't believe a small is too big for you! that is crazy! I am still struggling to get back into a M hehe. but so happy for u.
Concerning the knees, I dunno if you are taking anything but when I started doing the shred I found my knees to be killing me so I did some research and got some "Glucosamine Sulfate" tablets. They REALLY help and I can tell the difference between my workouts when I take them and when I don't. You just take 2 daily and that's it!
The one I have is "Spring Valley - Glucosamine Sulfate for Joint Health" . The bottle explains that it is a key ingredient in cartilage and plays an important role in good joint health. It shouldn't be more than $10 - $15/ bottle at your local drugstore, walmart, walgreens, etc. And mine brought 120 capsules so that shud last 2 months.
Lemme know if you decide to try it! You can also do your own research on the topic but I would highly recommend it.
Also, if there is a workout or warm up u can do before insanity - do it. There's nothing wrong with adding extra warm up time. I usually pop in turbo jam 20minute workout before anything I do (especially the shred cuz I don't think she warms u up enough) and do as much as I can afford to do (sometimes only 5mins) and that's a huge help for my knees and joints.
Porterbaby: you are not bragging at all! I think it's awesome that you are losing inches and to be perfectly honest I RATHER lose inches than pounds because wearing smaller sizes really boosts your confidence more than the scale sometimes. This is how you can truly tell your progress because it shows in person and it shows in pictures, etc. so GREAT JOB!
and wooo hooooo! for getting back into 160's. I can't wait til I get back there.
Dawna:
Thnx for the compliment. and believe it or not I got the dress at the very last minute after I had tried out a zillion of them. I like the colors and the plus side is it has pockets so I was able to keep my lipstick in there. hehe.
I'm glad you were able to make up for your not so great workout in the morning. and I'm glad you are enjoying waking up in the morning for your workouts I used to like it too but when the cold came it got so hard, perhaps now that its warmer it won't be so hard to get out of bed in the morning. Will definately try to move my workouts to the AM too. it also helps that I can come home and prepare dinner right after work instead of having to eat later at night after working out.0 -
Dawna: sorry to learn you're still experiencing stomach issues, hopefully it will get better soon but you really kicked but if you burned that many calories in 50 minutes. Great job! You may have told me this before and if you did I apologize in advance for you having to repeat yourself but what is the "burn interval" workout that you do?
Btw, I'm not nearly as toned as I would hope especially in my ab area. Since I have arthritis in my lower back doing ab exercises can be very difficult at times. I do my best. I am beginning to see definition in the upper abs but the lower abs and the obliques definitely need work. I don't want you all thinking I'm stacked or anything b/c I still have a long way to go
Nola: I'm glad I can be your morning paper while you drink your coffee...LOL I try to get to work early so I can have time to log my food and post on the many threads that I participate in. I'll admit I make my post general so I can post the same thing on all the threads and then I usually read what everyone says and respond accordingly. Today I arrived to work on time so got a late start posting. Anyhoo, I put the knee information into my Blackberry so hopefully I'll be able to pick some up this weekend. Are these big pills?0 -
ms. lady I read ur posts while I drink my water haha, don't ask me how but I've given up coffee cuz i can only drink it with cream and sugar and I figured I don't need the extra calories/sugar from that. plus I find that when I workout and eat healthy I get a lot of natural energy and don't suffer from the usual pm drowsiness/laziness.to answer ur questions I don't think the pills are too big but the nice thing is that they are capsules with that plastic like covering so they don't taste like anything. I have some Vit E pills that are tiny but not coated and taste like crap. haha.0

actually brazil butt lift works on everything, but it pertains the three big muscles in the butt. it contains alot of ballet, balancing, and alot of sweating. no breaks. it's a great workout. plus there's some dancing. it's different, but exciting. i think it's working on my butt. it looks alittle perky and lifted to me.0

Good morning all! Today is week 6 day 4 of the Insanity program which means its a recovery day! I always look forward to Thursdays and my body is always thankful for the day of "rest". My knee was still bothering me this morning so thankfully the Cardio Recovery dvd does not incorporate a lot of jumping.
Nola: Glad you're making healthier choices when reading the posts...LOL. I've never been a coffee drinker but I have friends and co-workers who can't function w/o it so great job on walking away from the extra calories/sugar.
Porterbaby: I'm glad you like the Brazilian Butt lift dvd. I've seen the infomercial and heard good things.0 -
Helllo ladies!
Well, today is my Friday--oh it feels so good to say that! I'm heading out of work early today to get out of town for the weekend. Yippee! This morning I woke up early and did another Turbo Kick workout. It was fun! I also incorporated some leg workouts and then about 5 minutes of abs- and holy cow, I feel great! I'm heading over to Boise this weekend and I'm excited because its so much warmer there, and I'm excited to hit the mall and do some shopping. We're staying with my hubby's fam and his mom is really great about cooking healthy meals, or not being offended if I don't eat a certain part of the meal. She likes my healthy lifestyle and she's been asking me lots of questions as she's been started running lately. So, I'm glad- they are much more understanding than my family.
Choco-- The Burn Intervals came as part of my ChaLean Extreme workouts. Its a cardio/muscle endurance workout. Basically you do 2 minutes of high intensity cardio workouts (high knees, sumo burpees, kickboxing, screamers or plyo lunges, etc) and then she does 2 minutes of endurance lifting. I only use a 5 pound weight (same as the lady in the video) because since you do so many reps it really works the muscles. (squats, biceps, triceps, overhead press, lateral raise, lunges, leg extensions, etc). Its a nice "break" from the heavy lifting days on the CE videos. All the workouts really get my metabolism kickin!
Nola- way to give up the coffee...that shows some good determination! You have come so far, its so great to see your successes! I can tell you are in this for the long haul! If you don't mind me asking....and this is random...but where do you shop? All the pictures you've had posted you are wearing such cute outfits, and since I'm going shopping I need to find some cute items. I've just had a hard time finding clothes lately that I like-- especially that are cute and classy. I've seen a lot of trashy looking clothes lately that I would never ever wear. So, I need some suggestions on where to go!
Porterbaby- so glad you are enjoying your new dvd. it is so fun to get into a new workout and be completely consumed in it. It also helps mix up your typical routine and kick up that metabolism.0 -
today my rest day of brazil butt lift, so since i wasn't falling p90x routine. i figure today is the first day i start doing it right. i was just doing what i wanted to do. so today i'm doing chest and back and ab ripper x. i should have been doing that. but i wasn't. i have to do it for me. i'm having one of those days. so instead of torturing my mouth and body with terrible fats. i'm going to bust my fat off and sweat my a&& off.:laugh:0

Happy Friday to you Dawna and believe me I'm counting down to my Friday! While the work week hasn't been stressful i've just been unfocused. I guess I would rather be out and about in the sun instead of cooped up in the bldg. I am however glad to be employed so I'm going to stop complaining.
I've been hearing a lot about Chalean Extreme and I'm wondering if she'll be my next investment in the coming months. Tell me this, is there a lot of jumping? I know you said squats and lunges and burpees. I can usually do the squats and burpees w/o major problems and if my knee is really bothering me I skip rope instead of completing the lunges. Do you think i could handle this program?
Also, I know you asked Nola but thought I would share anyway. I shop at H&M, Macy's, Express, Old Navy and this weekend I'm checking out Arden B and Bebe.
Have fun on your out of town visit and I hope you find lots of cute outfits. Please report back to us on what you buy.0 -

Choco- ChaLean Extreme is different in the fact that she lifts heavy weights. There isn't a lot of jumping. She does a little moderate jumping in the Burn Intervals to get the heart rate up...but they modify it as well. The majority of the program is a 90 day program where you do 3 different "phases". The first phase is called Burn, where you combine leg exercises with arms. so, you'd do squats with a set of bicep curls doing about 12 reps on each exercise. You do that for about 30 days (3 times a week) with cardio and muscle endurance exercises inbetween. Then, you do the Push phase for 30 days, where you focus on certain muscle groups at one time. Just doing bicep curls by themselves, but using heavier weights, and only doing 8 reps. Then, you do the Lean phase for 30 days which is combining legs/arms and abs and doing higher reps. The only thing is that you need to buy weights or resistance bands to do the workouts and get results. (I have 5,8,10,15,20 pound weights that I use). But, it has really toned my body in some pretty amazing ways. my legs & arms are way more tight. Chalene does a lot slower reps to concentrate on the muscles (unlike some workouts where they do it fast to just gain muscle endurance and use momentum). I personally really like it. And its not high impact and hard on my joints. She goes slow (other than the Burn Interval workouts which are more cardio than strength training). But, if you go to the Beach Body website, you should be able to find some videos on it to get a feel for how it is.
Thanks for telling me where you shop as well! I was going to ask you too... I realllly wish they had a H&M here, we had one in Minnesota at the Mall of America and I am missing it. I'm going to check out Macy's this weekend to see if there are any good sales, and check out Old Navy for some spring/summer clothes. I want to get some more casual clothes and things because my closet is full of dress clothes for work. And mostly sweaters since its freezing in the winter, and in the summer they blast the air conditioning..so I'm always cold. Also, I want to find a new swimsuit...and I saw a really cute tankini at Macy's that I want to check out. If they don't have it in the store, I may buy online and return it if it doesn't fit. Are they typically pretty good about returning online purchases to the store? Ohhh...I am sooo excited, and I will defiintely report back!0 -
i feel great now.
kicklikeagirl and choco. have you gals look on ebay for clothes, man do they have some real neat and sexy clothes. plus there's a catalog that i'm suppose to get is newport news and they have some real nice clothes too. kolh's does too. plus jcpenny's. if that helps.0 -
hey ladies, been MIa today for some reason but have been reading up on ur posts.
Well Dawna: to answer your question I mostly shop at Oldnavy for everyday clothes, I find that their jeans are the best fit for my body over any expensive brand even. For tops I usually go to forever 21 they have a lottta lotta stuff, but u gotta go with a lot of patience and time cuz their stores are usually big and I get overwhelmed with all the people haha so I usually take 2 of my girl friends we each pick a bunch of clothes and I try them all on. When it comes to work clothes or even the wedding dress I bought it at JCpenny. They actually have some nice classic stuff and I like that their sizes are more consistent that other places. Like @ forever 21 sometimes I can fit into a L sometimes a M but I'm sure since u are a lot smaller than I am u will have no problem finding things there. It's kind of hit or miss @ F21 tho. some things are really flimsy and low quality and other tops I've had for years and still in good condition. Like I said its best to go there with a lot of time and patience and perhaps with someone to help u pick out stuff. hahah0 -

Thank for sharing the information about Chalean Extreme. I may check it out on the beachbody website. I know I wont be purchasing it anytime soon b/c my money is allocated in other places but i'm always looking for new things to keep my body guessing and I really need to give the knee a little break.
I just purchased 5 outfits from Macys.com and if I may be returning 4 of them to a Macy's store this weekend. I'm suppose to get a second opinion this evening so depending on the feedback from my friend we'll see what happens. Macy's website clearly states you can return clothes to the store so I really don't think you'll have a problem.0 -
hey ladies! I'm home and done with my workout now I'm cooking some spaghetti's for dinner. can't wait to shower and relax now. Tomorrow I am aiming to get my workout in early! wish me luck! good night!0

Happy Friday all! I must admit this has been a very unproductive work week. I'm not sure what's the deal but I need this week behind me b/c I like being productive. Everytime I attempted to begin a new assignment I would start procrastinating find any and everything else to do other than what needed to be done. It's going to be a crazy busy weekend here in the Atl. I have a friend visiting from out of town, I'm hosting a book club meeting and I'm still in shopping mode for this L.A. trip.
Anyhoo, enough about my work week and upcoming weekend and on to the workout. Today is week 6 day 5 of the Insanity program so I completed the Core Cardio and Balance dvd. As I have stated in previous posts I enjoy this workout b/c the moves are intense but the pace is not. It really allows you to focus on your form and to get the most out of each movement/exercise. I was suppose to complete Max Cardio but opted for Core Cardio and Balance so not to continue aggravating my knee.
I hope everyone has a great day and I will check in later.0 -
good morning ladies. todays workout is brazil butt lift SCULPT for 50min. and p90x PLYOMETRICS.58:36 min.
later i have to staightened up the house and finish packing. we're going to ohio for awhile, the state where i born. but i kinda feeling alittle stressed, because i really don't want go, because it's very stressful there. i just need to concetrate on my weight lose journey and not let my family get to me. but there is a few that makes me very very stressed. i have question though, should i do my dvd that i have schedule for tomorrow, should i do it later or should i just forget it and do sundays on sunday?0 -
Good Morning everyone!
I decided to get up early today and complete my workout so I can enjoy the rest of my day without having to worry about that. I am back up 2lbs but thats ok I knew that was coming and actually expected a lot worse. I have a mini goal for April and that's to get down to 175 - my half way mark. I have been playing around too much and its time to get serious. I could have been at my goal by now but I keep slipping and I can't keep doing that to myself anymore!
I do have some good news: I lost 1" in my waist and about 3/4" on my neck. My hips and thighs remain the same but thats ok I just want to firm up I don't mind having thick legs, my bf actually loves it! hehehe :blushing:
Well have a good dday everyone, will check in llater.0 -
Hello ladies, today I'm considering cleaning the house as exercise b/c I just finished two hours of cleaning and still have more to do. Since I am hosting today's book club I wanted my house to be sparkling clean from top to bottom. I've been up since 7 am and have just decided to take a break to check in on my ladies. Thus far I have swept and mopped all the floors in the house (kitchen and two bathrooms) and vacuumed all the rooms w/carpet (dining, living, master bedroom, guest bedroom and home office). I have also dusted everything and thoroughly cleaned one bathroom. I now have the master bathroom to clean and the front and backyard to mow. Just to ensure I got my heart rate up I jogged in place while I folded two loads of laundry. I'll admit I looked a bit crazy jogging in my laundry room while folding towels and things but I wanted to make sure I could count my house cleaning as a workout.
Well I'm off to cut the grass. I'll check back later. The book club meeting is not until 5 so I'm hoping to be done early enough to relax before the "Sophisticated Ladies" (name of our club) arrive.
Nola: Congrats on the inches lost.0 -
hey ladies! so great to read your posts. I checked it yesterday as I was inputting my food, but i never got a chance to say hi! The weekend vacation is great...yesterday was fun because the family had work/school so the hubby and I did our own agenda. We woke up early and went for a 6 mile run in about 55 minutes!! It was awesome! We went shopping, and I didn't really find too much. Found a cute summery/light cardigan at Target, and a button-up shirt with a brown belt at Forever21. But, other than that i just couldn't find anything. Today is day 2, and the girls wanna go shopping again- yippee! We're also going to try to find some furniture for our new place that we're planning on moving into (much bigger, thank goodness!). Today we started off the morning with a nice and easy 3.5 mile jog. i got new shoes yesterday because my other running shoes were finished...so it was fun to get out and try them out. i stepped on the scale this morning and I've lost another pound this week!!! YAY!!!
Choco- Want to come clean my house? Haha... I should think of it more as burning calories than I do cleaning. You are awesome and inspiring!!!
Nola-- Way to lose those inches girl!! You'll get back on track- I just know it. I think now that summer is just about here its really been inspiring all of us. You can do it, and I know you will!0 -
Dawna: I generally keep a clean house b/c I dust here and there, vacuum if I see the living room needs etc. etc but I haven't done a thorough cleaning in a couple of months. I mean I have cleaned every inch of this house and it looks and smells wonderful. I got up so early I knew I wouldn't make it to the gym so I decided to wear my hrm and when it was all said and done I burned almost 700 calories so heck yeah I'm counting it. I turned the hrm off if I took time off to do something else but started it again when I began cleaning.
I'm glad you're enjoying your weekend vacay and hopefully you'll be able to find something during today's shopping trip. I'm hitting the mall tomorrow to return what I purchased online and hopefully find something better.0 -

hey ladies, sorry I was MIA today I hopped on to log food and exercise and had to go back out. Today was a productive day I got up did my workout (I did some elliptical and some treadmill - and my proudest moment today was running a whole mile without stopping @ 5mph) Then I went to look at a new car. I'm thinking the 2010 camry - I absolutely love it and they have some awesome deals right now. Next weekend I will check out a few other options and go from there.
Choco: way to go on those house cleaning calories! u are inspiring me to do the same tomorrow as I have not done a SERIOUS cleaning in a while. I'm always on the go but I know my house needs some spring cleaning.
Dawna: hope u find more cute clothes. I went to target yesterday and got a really cute dress.
porterbaby: glad u made it safe and sound, hope u are able to get ur workout in.0 -

I finally figured it out. Here is a picture I took last month prior to heading to the Fresh Fest concert w/my girlfriends. Excuse the facial expression I was in the process of laughing but it gives you a good idea of how the workouts are coming along. I'm rockin my size 4 jeans in this pic.0
