    Just started working on this. Looking to eat less than 1200 per day and burn 500 cals 3 times per week. Ooohhhh, and no carbs just to jump start the diet.

    Goal Weight: Maybe 150? Not sure - I'm fairly muscular and want to stay that way, so not much under that for sure - aiming more for a healthy body fat%.

    How many calories you eat a day: NEVER less than 1200 and I keep it under 1800. I aim for about 1500 or so and I'm doing Jillian Michaels Body Revolution (without her, in my opinion, unhealthy calorie restriction meal plan - just the workouts), so I burn a good 300-400 calories a day. I'm only at 1,163 for the day so I'm about to go have a brownie left over from Thanksgiving :) It will be awesome.

    Goal weight - maintenance/muscle gain

    Calories - 1800-2100 a day, because I do a lot of exercise. I have lost muscle strength and felt worse eating less.
