    I surely hope this is a joke. If not, you need to tell your parents this goal. NO one at that height should even think about being below 110 lbs.

    I eat about 1200 calories a day plus about half of what I earn back from exercise. That usually has me eating at about 1350 or so.

    I'm okay with losing another couple of pounds or with staying at this weight. My goal right now is to build a bit more muscle.
