    I feel quite horrified at the number of very young girls who are the same height as me with a target weight of 110lb's - I am interested to know why people feel they need to be so skinny - because 110lb's IS skinny - thats just over 7 stone!!

    It is so important to stay healthy people - 110lb's is very borderline underweight for a 5"4 frame - there is nothing wrong with having at least a little meat on your bones!

    I agree, as I was reading down the list I was gobsmacked that girls wanted to be 30 pounds lower than my ultimate goal, many had starting weights lower than my goal.

    I am 148lb's now and could not imagine (or want to imagine) what I would look like if I lost another 38lb's! - Skin and bones is not attractive girls!

    I have to agree, I've got a really small frame and my lowest possible goal is 125, but I'm expecting to settle at 126-128 and work on building lean muscle. Different strokes for different folks, but stay mindful of your health and keeping your body fit and healthy.

    It depends on the individual. I have a very small frame, and all my family weigh very light, regardless of body fat and clothes size. My goal weight is 105-110 pounds simply because that is the weight at which I was healthiest. At that weight I certainly wasn't skin and bones, I had 25% body fat, junk in the trunk and 32F boobs! So although 110 may seem very light to many on here, it certainly doesn't equate to being underweight or skinny or unhealthy. Being 110 at 5 ft 3 gives a BMI of 19.5 which is still in the normal range.

    I lift weights 4/5 times a week and am currently more focused on eating 40/30/30 carbs/protein/fat than counting calories. I need calories to build muscle! :)

    Calories: 1350 (but I burn anywhere between 200 and 400 a day) I like my treats but balance them out with exercise.

    I have a heavy frame and well-built solid muscle so I am aware that dropping below 140lb would mean I would pretty much have to give up eating!!! I'm diabetic and hypothyroid too so my journey is set to take a little longer than most.

    There are 14 pounds in a stone, so 7stone is 98 pounds, so 110 pounds is 7st 12 which is only 2 pounds short of 8 stone, so it's nowhere near being 7stone! My healthiest weight was 7stone 7 and I'm 5 ft 3' in pounds this is 105 pounds, so a goal of 110 is not as light as you originally though

    ETA: I was 251lbs at my heaviest >.< and when I was fit and on every possible team at school at age 11 I was 145lbs so I can't see being smaller than I was while I was still growing and just hitting puberty. The fittest people in my family (fitness instructors, work out a ton, super fit and look smokin' in bikinis in their late 40's and early 50's are heavier than anyone would guess, we put on muscle in my family) so I'm more looking at being a size 8/10 and feeling good.
