    I'm 5.5 (1.65m) I was 55kg now i'm at 52kgs and my goal is 110lbs=50kgs ! :bigsmile:
    except today I gained like 6kgs thanks to the turkey :devil:
    I'm also 5'5 - 50 kgs sounds too low for someone this height. Even on a small frame. Why'd you choose this goal?

    Calories per day: 1500ish (plus or minus about 50), plus a cheat meal once a week I don't count calories for or log. If I burn more than 300 exercise calories I will eat some of them back, but I try to have burn around 150 calories five days a week with exercise.

    I feel quite horrified at the number of very young girls who are the same height as me with a target weight of 110lb's - I am interested to know why people feel they need to be so skinny - because 110lb's IS skinny - thats just over 7 stone!!

    It is so important to stay healthy people - 110lb's is very borderline underweight for a 5"4 frame - there is nothing wrong with having at least a little meat on your bones!

    I am 148lb's now and could not imagine (or want to imagine) what I would look like if I lost another 38lb's! - Skin and bones is not attractive girls!
