    Not yet but there are a few that I would really love to meet IRL. I am fortunate to have some pretty awesome, supportive friends. There is one friend I have spoke to on the phone a few times and would REALLY love to meet.

    went to a lifting meet with one! He's rad! Hope to meet more...and maybe actually start working out with the one I met since he lives near me and is awesome sauce!

    Yep - 4 so far and more in December - everyone of them has been better then expected in real life and I can honestly say I have made some life long friends

    Totally agree. I have met 8 in real life, three I knew before! But I can honestly say I was really nervous meeting them in real life but I would count them as life long friends because we have one massive thing in common!!

    I have a bunch that live close that due to time constraints we haven't met...yet. I'm sure I will meet a few people as time goes on.

    I met up with the very frist person to friend me on mfp and we did the Run For Your Lives zombie 5k back in June. I also met up with a friend whom I made a pact with to do a 5k with after being on here a year. Both were a lot of fun.

    I've met one and she was awesome. I have plans to meet another one next week and I'd love to meet more in the future. Also, if you do make plans to meet up with a stranger, be sure to ask if they're a serial killer first. And avoid them if they say they are :wink:

    I have one friend/co-worker on here. The rest are mysterious yet likable MFP strangers...and yes, there are a couple I wouldn't mind meeting up with at some point, but none of them live anywhere near me. So they will likely remain in MFP Land. :sad:

    I met one of my MFP pals at a local park half way between our two locations and we spent a day hiking and getting to know each other before running a 5k together. We got along great and I'm so happy she didn't get mad that I pushed her to a PR for the 5k. I'm about 6" taller than her so she naturally has to work harder to match stride.

    I'm hoping to meet even more local MFP friends if anyone in around Indiana and is interested in the 5ks, half marathons, and mud runs. :bigsmile:

    I have 9 friends that i knew personally before we all joined MFP....but have met 1 person so far off MFP...he is a pretty chill guy...had lunch and talked like we had known each other for years.
