    I'm thinking about starting this for January. How do you guys count this in the exercise log? I don't see anything that would seem to fit and they don't have any specific video workouts listed.

    I just log it as aerobics but I believe Jillian says it uses 400 cals!

    Day 4 level 3 done! 6 more days to go!!! I just log it as aerobics as well. But I don't actually eat back my calories.

    I picked up Level 2 after a couple of days absence, over eating, drinking, late nights, just like everyone else I guess, it was a killer, I was so out of breath at the finish I couldn't stand upright. It's gonna be hard to get back into my daily workout routine.

    I think I'm going to do 6 week 6 pack. I read the reviews and they say it is a great follow up to 30 DS. Although it is focussed on abs, it is apparently a great full body workout.

    Very tempted not to do it tonight. I run 4 times a week and I swear 30DS makes my legs heavy! Due to run in the morning, but I couldn't bear the thought of Jillian hanging around for an extra day!!!!

    I completed 30ds Dec 26 with great results. I got Extreme Shed to Shred, I did it for about a week and it killed my knees. This morning I went back to 30ds level 1 just to workout until I find another dvd. I think I will get 6w6p or RI30. Good luck shredders, keep plugging along it is well worth it.

    Certainly feel more toned. Wasn't aiming for weight loss!

    Started L2 over on Jan 1st due to cold & flu. Had to take over a week off & lost my momentum I had built up so I need to get it back. I am on day 5 L2 now and I was sore in my upper arms, wrists and hands from the planks today. I am feeling better now that I am resting. Those plank twists are killer! That's when I have to take most of my mini breaks to rest.
