Count me in. I walk at work after lunch. I have been walking 2 miles in 30 minutes. So far in December I walked Monday, Tuesday, and today (Wednesday).0

I do leslie Sansone's walk fit and trim. It is an indoors doing 4 miles including strength exercises with a band. It is a real work out and I sweat like a stuff pig. I do 5 miles with her indoor walk routine. Nice since we live in Rain drenced Seattle, and I have Reynauds and need to make sure I keep my feet warm and dry along with other things like fingers, nose, and it is hard when it is cold dampe and wet, so indoors walking routine with her is fine. You can find her on youtube by looking it up under her name. I found DVD at thrift store and I have done it more times than I can count. Happy walking everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!0

I wil walk an hour or more every day 30min to the gym & 30 min back from there but how do I measure the distance I mean how much wuld be a 30 min walk???

Hi All, I am in again too.
I am very busy working some part-time jobs, one of which is seasonal and the other is busier now. All are relatively active. So I have been wearing a pedometer.
Saturday December 1st 12,000 steps
Sunday December 2nd was a rest day with 50 minutes of Aquafit and a 10 minute trip to the grocery store.
Monday December 3rd 8,000 steps
Tuesday December 4th 13,000 steps some from a 15 minute walk from the bus.
Friday December 7th 30 minute walk. 8,000+ steps0 -

12/2--2.5 miles
12/3--2.5 miles
12/4--3 miles
12/7--2 miles
12/8--3 miles
Total--16 miles0 -

Sunday 2nd December 4.1 miles -421 cals
Wednesday 5th December 1.6 miles - 159 cals -treacherous ice so turned back- don't need a broken leg
Sunday 9th December 3.2 miles - 344 calories

I would like to join in. I walk at my farm or on the treadmill. My goal is to walk everyday for 30 mins or more, or at least 5 times a week.
