Hi All, I am in again too.
I am very busy working some part-time jobs, one of which is seasonal and the other is busier now. All are relatively active. So I have been wearing a pedometer.
Saturday December 1st 12,000 steps
Sunday December 2nd was a rest day with 50 minutes of Aquafit and a 10 minute trip to the grocery store.
Monday December 3rd 8,000 steps
Tuesday December 4th 13,000 steps some from a 15 minute walk from the bus.0 -

12/3 -- 1 mile (20 mins)
12/4 -- 2.3 miles (43;09 mins) and 3.3 m/h
My goal is 30 minutes every other day at a minimum.0 -
This sounds like a great challenge since I have been looking for something to help me get motivated again. I am having a hard time getting up and wanting to exercise I go through these but now that there is a challenge count me in0

Count me in. I walk at work after lunch. I have been walking 2 miles in 30 minutes. So far in December I walked Monday, Tuesday, and today (Wednesday).0
