    I'm joining this challenge in hopes of using it as encouragement to get walking! I just hate to exercise, so letting others know what I am doing or not doing, is a great way to be held accountable:smile:

    Just found this board. I have been walking 2.5 to 2.75 miles a day 5 days a week. I'm on a plateau since Thanksgiving. Do I go faster or for a longer period of time. I walk at 3.7 mph for 45 minutes...
