Just a little note about why I haven't been posting. I have taken on 2 part-time jobs. One is seasonal work. They are active and I come home sore. I have had little time for exercise but when I do it has been aquafit since I am on my feet so much I don't really need more walking now. I am losing slowly though. Lately I have also had a cold. So after the holidays I will be back walking/running. Happy Holidays.0
