    I starting walking last week during my lunch for 30 minutes. Today we walked for 40! I am tired!!!!!!!! So out of shape it's sad. However, I want to join the challenge! I am in!

    Just a little note about why I haven't been posting. I have taken on 2 part-time jobs. One is seasonal work. They are active and I come home sore. I have had little time for exercise but when I do it has been aquafit since I am on my feet so much I don't really need more walking now. I am losing slowly though. Lately I have also had a cold. So after the holidays I will be back walking/running. Happy Holidays.

    I'm joining this challenge in hopes of using it as encouragement to get walking! I just hate to exercise, so letting others know what I am doing or not doing, is a great way to be held accountable:smile:
