Just found this board. I have been walking 2.5 to 2.75 miles a day 5 days a week. I'm on a plateau since Thanksgiving. Do I go faster or for a longer period of time. I walk at 3.7 mph for 45 minutes...0

Ah! That makes sense. What a boat load of walking. How do your feet handle it? At a certain point my feet just don't feel like they should go any further. I have a treadmill desk and use it 2-4 hours a day, depending on how my feet feel that day.0 -

Hi All, I am in again too.
I am very busy working some part-time jobs, one of which is seasonal and the other is busier now. All are relatively active. So I have been wearing a pedometer.
Saturday December 1st 12,000 steps
Sunday December 2nd was a rest day with 50 minutes of Aquafit and a 10 minute trip to the grocery store.
Monday December 3rd 8,000 steps
Tuesday December 4th 13,000 steps some from a 15 minute walk from the bus.
Friday December 7th 30 minute walk. 8,000+ steps
Monday December 31 1 hour walk over 10000 steps.0
