    For me, the hardest thing was to realise that I have to eat enough - I lost a lot of weight quickly eating well, didn't starve myself as I have done in the past. :smile:

    What a fab post ....just what i needed , i am in my first week and first 4 days easy but i just couldnt focus today and just ate rubbish that i didnt even want ...reading this has made me realise that i have alot to learn and thankyou for posting it . Tomorrow is going to be a great day :smile:
