Excellent post. Great tips.i weigh myself same day same way. This is my 8-10 attempt to loose weight and get healthier.felt terrible in jan of this year, daily exercise and eating better journaling and fitness pal have made the difference. I've lost 36 pounds so far.0

Thanks for the repost! This is all very important information and I completely agree with you - particularly about paying attention to how certain foods affect you...so many folks focus on "just" staying under their calories and don't understand why they're constantly starving, or why they're tired...could be the choices they're making.
