    You are exactly what I needed today. Your story moved me to tears - for you and your family and how you didn't let anything stop you from meeting your goal-to walk, to be healthy.     Amazing and just what I needed to see this morning!! I had a similar injury and have numbness in my right foot and leg, making it difficult to run. Do you have any numbness? How do you deal with it as you run?

    I remember how scared I was when I got the call that you were paralyzed and going in for emergency surgery. I've never felt so helpless in my life, being so far away from you. I'm so incredibly proud of you and I am SO thankful that you are my BFF. XOXOXO!
