Hey,,, I'm stil kinda new 2 tha fitness world.... Wondering about Polar HRM and FT4?? Do U mind explaining them 2 me? :huh:

I have a polar heart rate monitor and the kind I have is a FT4. It's good for getting you a more accurate number of calories that you burned and also for making sure that you're in your target heart rate range. I really recommend it!
