    {~~> Had an awesum tyme atha gym 2day! My 13 and 14 year old daughterz went 2 Zumba w/ me this eve.... and then, we were joined by tha rest of tha fam (husband and our 3 sonz) for an additional hour of werk'n out. I absolutely LUV'd it!!

    Trying to get back on track. Starting a little lower than everyone else:

    Weekly Goal: 2,000 - working up to 3,500
    Mon: 176 (Walking 4.0mph / incline: 6) - didn't wear my HRM.. so who knows
    Tues: 512 (treadmill intervals for 52 minutes) - again, no HRM
    Wed: calories burned (how they were burned)
    Thur: calories burned (how they were burned)
    Fri: calories burned (how they were burned)
    Sat: calories burned (how they were burned)
    Sun: calories burned (how they were burned)

    Total: 688 calories burned

    I'm w/ U at 2000 ~ due to my physical limitations ~ hafta make sure not 2 over do it. BUTANYWAYZ, at least we hav set a "calories 2 burn" goal 4 ourselvez. *Gud Luck!*

    I am not sure how many calories my lifting burns, I have to wear my HRM more often. Here's my estimations.
